Holiday month

August is the official holiday month in Spain with many city businesses shutting up, it is also the hottest time - especially for those in Madrid and Seville when many head for the coast where it is cooler.
Our Feria was a little more lively this year - how´s your injuries Jo?¿ I heard you had trouble negotiating the streets LOL.
We went out and strolled around on the Thursday - on the Friday there was some band we hadn´t heard of but famous in Spain so we decided to stay around to see what and who they were and there was to be a pyrotechnic show - haha - finally after 2 on they came amidst much security, not something you see a lot of here in Casarabonela, well they were true heavy metal Spanish style, soz folks I went home after one number!! Probably a good job as I was to be at work on the Sat morning. Saturday night we went out and met up with friends and stayed out till about 4, but still no good music to be found either in the Plaza or the dance tent.
Christine came round to our place on the Monday evening and it turned into an all nighter as we got Del to play some sounds and w had our own bop about and it was 6 before we finally crashed - Christine had enjoyed every night at Feria too, she certainly enjoys her holiday time and tonight she is off to Malaga for a taster of their Feria before flying back on Sunday.
The week long Feria in Malaga has meant a panic email from Frank asking if I can work 4 hours this morning getting washing done and starting on the bedrooms - the laundries will all be closed as are most things in Malaga this week, I wasn´t supposed to be working till Tuesday and Wed when we will be getting everything ready for next lot which include 11 children heeeeeellllllllp
hey ho - meant we didn´t stay out too late last night - Christine kindly took us out to dinner at Bar Neuvo for her last night in the village, she trundles down to Malaga this morning to meet up with Sara and will be staying with her tonight.
We went over to Coin yesterday to get my computer psu, but it is Feria time there to this week - so that was a wasted journey well maybe not got myself a really pretty red dress LOL
So it will be after the 19th that I can now go and get the psu.
At least I am getting some more crochet work completed, so when I finally do get up and running again there will quite a few new items to add to crochet crook

Well had better run and check rest of mail, I have Cynthia arriving next Wednesday, so will need to go see over her place on Monday, so having had a relatively quiet week it will be busy once more next

Love n light to you all
