Well what a day - Sundays can be kinda manic on the roads in Spain as everyone goes out to eat - yet we had a clear run down and back to Arroyo, where we met some fantastic people - big thanks to John n Sally for connecting us :) Lisa and Frank - yep we are all on the same wave length and they are coming up here on Wednesday to look at the village - we are hoping to get some retreats started and this IS an idyllic place for just that - time to slow down to savour each moment, to utilise the time spent waiting in shops, instead of getting angry and up tight, I have learnt to use these times to meditate or give thanks oh anything that requires the mind only also people watching is a wonderful pastime LOL
OOOOO gotta go as Del has just come back and said there is some traditional dancing, south American, going on in the plaza and then it is free food tasting lots of different cultures mmmmmm double ooooos men with drums all painted up I´m offsky

before I forget go check this out we are hoping to get up to the Festival of Light {Luna Mora}next weekend in Guaro which is about 30 mins away over the mounatains
