With my pc back in use I was finally able top look at the dvds that Eli sent and the first was the secret - excellent and nice to see dudes in this that were in What the Bleep, also this one is in more layman's terms - in the Huffington post today I saw this Blog Deborah Norville: An Excerpt From Thank You Power: Making The Science Of Gratitude Work For You
By Deborah Norville
In Thank You Power: Making The Science of Gratitude Work For You, two-time Emmy Award-winning journalist and Inside Edition anchor Deborah Norville argues that gratitude is the secret to unlocking one's full life potential. In this excerpt of Thank You Power, Norville asks all of us, "What do you stand for?"

Said a fond farewell to the yodelling yogas as this morning was my last - oh how I would love to La Era catering only to folks who want a "retreat" - the wonderful aromas of simple food, incense and essential oils, the peaceful energy of people chilling, reading, having a massage, meditating - yes it has been an enjoyable time and brought back many happy memories of living in Kilneis, Moniaive
