A blast from the past is about to visit as Angie has been in touch and said that she and Doog!! have booked flights for the 18th of this month, they are hoping to get up to the Dragon Festival which is in Orgiva and about 4 or 5 hours away, haven't seen or heard anything from A for over 5 years - quite a lot has happened in her life it would seem! so a lot of catching up to be done.......

"You know, you and the fear are very old friends. You have lived with the fear since your birthing. From the time of your birthing, from that first shock of anguish and pain the very first time that you were invalidated, you have built the walls of invulnerability around your heart. Then began the absolute terror that you are not enough and that you are not worthy. Certainly you are not worthy of loving and, therefore, in that state, you will be alone.
So that is how the humanities have been living their lives in these eons of time and now is the time to change it.{P'taah}

I read the above just now and realised I HAVE changed it - wooooooo hooooooooo, that bubble of fear I used to walk around with has finally burst, and that is basically what the dis-ease was all about

The Shift is the awakening of humanity’s heart. This transformation of consciousness, the greatest one ever recorded, first became apparent in the mid-1960s and has been building momentum ever since.
The Shift is a collective transformation consisting of the sum of each individual’s step into the New Reality. Each person, in their own time, is moving forward into a stage of consciousness which brings a wider vista and an awareness which springs from the heart. When enough people’s primary attention becomes focused through their heart chakras, then the ‘hundredth monkey effect’ will occur.

The imagination is the doorway of transcendence. Those in your world who belittle the workings of the imagination are limiting themselves to a purely physical-based life.You as the creator and originator of this field of intention are changed and altered by the earliest steps of your effort. You are immediately transformed by the act of having set an intention. The energetic field of this intention begins to influence and guide your thoughts. You begin to see yourself differently. Each day, as you take steps to further your creation, you are transformed energetically. It can be said that the steps you take toward creating something are simply attuning your consciousness to the resonance of that which you seek to create. In a sense, you become an energetic match for your creation. It is this point of energetic resonance that births a creation into physical reality.{Learn to travel in consciousness}

and last but not least - it made me laugh

So next time someone asks you how you’re doing on your checkbook, say, “Law of Attraction is managing my financial affairs.” (Laughter.) “I have a financial manager.” “Oh, really! Is he good?” “The best. God-like.” (Laughter.) {No Need To Be Organized!}

Thanks for all the lovely emails, Sa, Val, Eli loves ya all and I will reply v. soon but now I am off to some traveling in consciousness - used to be called day dreamin LOL and I forever being told off for it as a kid hey ho - the sunshine beckons.........Brightest Blessings to one and all
Thursday

"The Great Spirit raised both the white man and the Indian. I think he raised the Indian first. He raised me in this land, it belongs to me. The white man was raised over the great waters, and his land is over there. Since they crossed the sea, I have given them room. There are now white people all about me. I have but a small spot of land left. The Great Spirit told me to keep it."

A group of children were playing near two railway tracks, one still in use while the other disused. Only one child played on the disused track, the rest on the operational track. The train is coming, and you are just beside the track interchange. You can make the train change its course to the disused track and save most of the kids. However, that would also mean the lone child playing by the disused track would be sacrificed. Or would you rather let the train go its way? Let's take a pause to think what kind of decision we could make........ ........ Most people might choose to divert the course of the train, and sacrifice only one child. You might think the same way, I guess. Exactly, I thought the same way initially because to save most of the children at the expense of only one child was rational decision most people would make, morally and emotionally. But, have you ever thought that the child choosing to play on the disused track had in fact made the right decision to play at a safe place?

Nevertheless, he had to be sacrificed because of his ignorant friends who chose to play where the danger was. This kind of dilemma happens around us everyday. In the office, community, in politics and especially in a democratic society, the minority is often sacrificed for the interest of the majority, no matter how foolish or ignorant the majority are, and how farsighted and knowledgeable the minority are. The child who chose not to play with the rest on the operational track was sidelined. And in the case he was sacrificed, no one would shed a tear for him. The great critic Leo Velski Julian who told the story said he would not try to change the course of the train because he believed that the kids playing on the operational track should have known very well that track was still in use, and that they should have run away if they heard the train's siren. If the train was diverted, that lone child would definitely die because he never thought the train could come over to that track! Moreover, that track was not in use probably because it was not safe. If the train was diverted to the track, we could put the lives of all passengers on board at stake! And in your attempt to save a few kids by sacrificing one child, you might end up sacrificing hundreds of people to save these few kids. While we are all aware that life is full of tough decisions that need to be made, we may not realize that hasty decisions may not always be the right one. "Remember that what's right isn't always popular... and what's popular isn't always right." Everybody makes mistakes; that's why they put erasers on pencils.

Evolution is inherently inclusive and liberating.

False polarities and dualities are created by ego-mind seeking control and dominance, whether the world of ideas, feelings, or actions. This is where the ego finds power and reassurance of its existence. Be alert to any message that seeks to use fear or fear-based imagery, since where there is fear, there is ego. Fear and fear-based teachings have no place in the evolving era.{aquarius papers}

It has certainly been a difficult few days. Wow....what a powerful energy came through with the Eclipse! I call it a "sorting out" energy or an "alignment" energy. Everything that is not in alignment with the highest good is just getting "spun off" in this powerful energy. It can be difficult, since we are often ego invested in things that no longer serve us, and so it can be very difficult to let go. I have found that letting go of a certain image of myself has been the most difficult. Allowing myself to be powerful.....for we have come to associate power with nasty and greedy people, so when we have to take our Power, we become anxious about whether we are being nasty and greedy.........t is a matter of the Heart and the Head working together. Your Heart will always tell you what you feel about a certain situation. The skill now is to listen to your heart, and allow your head, or mental self, to align with that feeling and clearly express what it is that you need and feel. That is Power. Unfortunately, in this transitional period, this is a new skill, and many people are still to afraid to connect with their hearts and really feel what is happening in their lives, or they are afraid to speak what they feel.{earthlog}

You deserve to have the kind of setting that supports you
Our culture today requires many of us to do several jobs at the same time. In fact, multitasking has become the standard in our lives - we talk on the cell phone, while we work on an important memo for the office, while we add to the day's grocery list, while we stand in line at the restaurant, while we . . . We've become so accustomed to constantly stimulating ourselves that we're even apt to poke fun at those who do not share our penchant for multitasking. They're too slow, we say, or they're too inefficient. Thank God we don't have to work with them on a regular basis, or we'd end up in the loony bin!
The other side of the coin is more contemplative, more meditative, and those who prefer it live a somewhat calmer lifestyle. They know the wisdom in doing one thing at a time, and doing it well. They subscribe to the "quality is better than quantity" mindset, advocating that the world would be a better place for all of us if we'd just slow down and take a closer look at our immediate surroundings.

So, who is right? Both are. {Multitasking}
