mpress: Abuelito y nieto {grandad & grandson}

Ah don't they look great - Del flew out yesterday morning to be at his grandson's first birthday party, a great day was had by all.
I spent the day resting :) after 2 long hard 8 hour days at La Era - I need respite from cleaning - no shoulds, musts or have tos for me!! Today I feel much revived and Leigh has arranged for her & Nikki to come round this evening - Nikki's life isn't to happy at the moment and she seems to have no where and no one to "let go" with - which we all know is very unhealthy for the body n soul......well we shall endeavour to get some healing in at one level or another....

The wedding reception on Saturday was splendid, started at 4 in the afternoon and I finally got to bed at 4.30 Sunday morning - everyone was in good form Sally looked stunning and John's generosity was like him BIG LOL, I am waiting to get a photo through of Del drumming at Lorenzo's, we all started at Bar Nuevo, lots of lovely food, wine beer water whatever.......many had to leave earlyish due to having to drive back down to the coast, so a smaller group went down to Lorenzo's where Julio, Leo, Keith and Del kept us entertained musically oh and Leigh decided she was a percussionist....
So Sunday was a bit of a quiet day, Sal, J and Leo stayed here and left around noon on the Sunday and D & I just chilled.

Came across a site with the theme Don't wait meditate now that is a thoughtform I agree with and have tried to practice for many a year, sometimes with success sometimes not - but here there are plenty of opportunities as waiting is a Spanish pastime LOL and I am improving and of course that is beginning to have tangible results, I realise I am shining brighter by the re-actions of others, they interpret this according to their state of mind/evolution, for myself I am learning to feel comfortable with this and to remain detached rather than taking it all so personally........in fact I think I am even beginning to enjoy this whole process :)

I came across a great reminder of how each and everyone of us can be of use every day - in those times we are waiting and meditating think of the Net of Light - like Linda I totally believe that what we think we can create on the physical realm and the more that visualise/meditate the same outcome then the more we shall witness it in our lives

One of the comments re the above article made me smile as someone came back with oh no it's the heart the heart is all - when will we agree that it is both working in harmony that creates the magic a predisposition to one or the other means we have still to achieve a balance, I speak from the dominant mental aspect and it is only through experiences and meditation that this become a fully fledges realisation and hence many opportunities for me to untie my head with my heart
