A programme well worth listening to - especially in these days of green propaganda - yes I do believe we must stop being wasteful and living a throw away life style - but lets get a bit of balanced perspective about it instead of listening to just one side and joining the panic brigade - there is good and bad in everything and it IS all about finding a balance - not throwing the baby out with the bathwater!!

I am so glad I have never had to join the "rat race" strange turn of phrase when you really think about it??!! Rats have probably got more sense - "man race" where everyone is racing against time - duh now how does anyone expect to win - time is but an illusion - and I love destroying illusions LOL - and if we need to use our destroying energy then let it be used only against the illusions.

The realization that each of us is a universe unto him or herself goes way back. But few LOG INTO THAT KNOWLEDGE sufficiently to produce a genuine change of heart. When someone confounds or afflicts us, it often feels necessary to close down the connection and turn away. This provides temporarily solace from discomfort but, if the interaction is an important item on our 3D "agenda," that same scenario will eventually come back around---usually with an even greater intensity. Not all the people and situations you encounter in physical space are meant to become permanent parts of your life. Sometimes, they simply appear as catalysts for you to reach into your Multidimensional Self and discover new qualities or elements that you have forgotten. And, during a time of conflict, your task of integration and acceptance may not always be focused upon the person who is irritating you.
