Wild winds......

whistling over the mountains, although the days are calm and hot the winds seem to be coming out to play each night and we are frequently woken as a particularly wild one swoops around the village rattling windows and throwing chairs and empty pots around the terraces, but about 10am it has gone back to sleep it off for the day LOL. Sunday market - well it is the first I have done and come away in pocket :) although small I think it will begin to grow as the season warms up and people will come up from the coast as a change of scenery, it was a lady from the coast who bought a shrug, she was lured by the colour :) Then when I got home I had an email from Frank saying we now had guests in April, so work will begin sooner rather than later all Good News and a positive upward swing. As Cyn arrives late Wed night I shall go get her place ready after gym Wed morning, air the place out and let the sunshine in for a few hours, sweep away the dust and cobwebs pf the past few months. April abounds with birthdays, starting with Alexa, yesterday, Keef's {40!!} on Wed and Lau's on the 19th with a few more in between and round about :) We have Marta Moon on Thursday night so Keef ,L n friends arriving from the UK can party and recover Friday morn!!!! The they are having a get together on Sat eve with more friends [us included this time}.

If you have been on this path for a while, you are now able to connect more of the dots of the bigger picture, having an understanding of humanity's history and age-old patterns involving ego-based power and control. If you are one of these more seasoned travelers, you are no stranger to many of the universal truths now featured in best-selling books and on internet sites. Some of these ideas, voiced in earlier historical cycles, were relegated to specialized interest niches. The masses didn't hear about them. The fact that these "secrets" are now revealed in a more mainstream way is a sign of humanity's great shift in progress. Each day, somewhere in the world, more people wake up to be your companions in the most exciting journey you could ever take!{your place in the world}

What you resist is given strength by your resistance. What you fear is given form through your fear. What you accept with grace as simply being what it is can become an opening door into new worlds.
You may fear a future event, but what you fear is not truly that event, but rather the consequences you believe will flow from it. The event you fear may in fact happen. But the consequences of the event, which are the true root of your fear, are completely unknown and completely malleable.
And even the most feared consequences, if they were actually to come, would not be what you think. It is only resistance and judgment that make something unbearable. Within every moment, no matter what the circumstances, there is grace, there is beauty and wonder, and there is love. And within the deepest presence of each moment, there is always peace.{be the rainbow}

Today’s lesson will be on clutter. In order to achieve a clear thinking mind well into a ‘ripe old age’, one needs to be orderly in the outward manifestation of the mind, which is reflected in the environment in which one lives. To achieve this, one needs to become aware of the clutter in one’s mind like hopscotch thinking flitting from one thought to the other, and notice where perhaps the brain-gaps are and where you tend to forget things. Especially when one grows older, brain-cells tend to deteriorate and close down through dis-use. To avoid this, it is best to always practice positive thinking and not to harbor any ill thoughts towards anyone, for these retard the clear thinking process.{a lesson on clutter}

Try not to allow your selves to be emotionally dragged into the conflicts that are taking place. By all means register within what is happening, but give nothing of your self that will add to the fear and doubt that may result.....Life on Earth has given you good times amongst your many experiences, but it is nothing compared to what awaits you. Break out of the limitations imposed upon you by the lower vibrations. Think big and allow for a total change of mind, as you have been asleep up to now and only a living to a fraction of your true potential. See life all around you in the largest and smallest of creations alike. Consciousness exists in everything you see, and also in the unseen which shall gradually be made known to you. Your physical eyes have their limitations, but soon your third eye will reveal other levels and life forms that are also part of Earth.{read more}

Most people believe that the best you that you are, would be one who is abundant in all positive things, but don't say abundant in all things because that could mean abundant in bad things too, one who is healthy, but make sure you say healthy without thinking of all of the unhealthy things you are afraid of, make sure you mean healthy in body and mind and don't think of the family members that have become ill, or the genealogy that you are born with and that it is inevitable that you will have breast cancer like your sister, or a heart attack like your mother or a stroke like your father, no, don't think those, just keep saying I am healthy over and over, even though inside you are feeling that you are kind of healthy and hopefully won't have what your siblings have had, not that they deserved it or anything, or you are judging or anything...........and if I say this three times while turning in a clockwise direction and wear the color green.........

Oh dear friends, the over complication of things is what we like to call the human condition. We really want to shed some light on this process for you, for it is much easier than you think, and you think allot!{Read on...}

And now for something completely different......

Not so Lanzagrotty!

Jaen boy does good
HE lives in a sleepy village in rural Jaen.

But Ayub Khan Din has just won the most prestigious British theatre award for his comedy Rafta Rafta.

Already celebrated for his award-winning movie East is East, Khan Din, who lives near Frailes, has scooped an Olivier award for the play, a warm-hearted Asian family saga based in the north of England.

No missing Lynx Something in the air as two of the world’s most endangered feline give birth while third is expecting.... It was an Easter of joy as perhaps the world’s rarest mother and daughter gave birth within days of each other.
