Whoops I thought I had published this on Sunday evening -
hey ho - one of those days,
think the heat is melting my mind LOL - the days are now
in the 40's which is OK until the humidity rises.

It worries me that there are still many internet
sites and crackpot practitioners who advocate
the use of some of these theories.
I am all for natural remedies but based on some
of those "reverential observations and experiment"
please.But I had to laugh when I saw this on a
site promoting the multi million pound Bach
flower remedy nonsense.

WOO Bloody Hoo Eli often sends me some amazing
pics but always in pps format, which I don't
have - gmail allows me to see them in a
slideshow, but I have never worked out how to
share them - until this morning,I have
spent the best part of 2 hours testing various
downloads that promise to convert them but don't,
finally I came across Zoho veiwer - click on

Funny this should turn up as D asked at our co-op why they no longer
sold bio fuel -answer too expensive
where is the logic in this, just more proof of how the oil companies
are holding us all to ransom. Had to laugh at a few of the points -
don't overfill your tank, chance would be a fine thing, a tenner
a week/fortnight is our quota and what's this about less weight,
aw come on D n I can't get any slimmer - sorry biggies no more lifts
unless you want to pay extra weight charges - hahahaha -
and our friends say WE are the fatists - same applies to
air travel you know - I know that me n my bag rarely weighs what
some folks do and yet if my bag is a k overweight
I have to pay extra - perosns and baggage should be weighed and
priced accordingly Andalucia and Dumfrieshhire share many
similarities and the need for a vehicle is essential, but at least
our trains are reliable and cheap {cheaper than taking the car,
