cravings

Craving = intense and persistent longing{websters}
Everyone is craving and filing that craving with food, tv, sex, work, busy -ness etc, and yet the craving still persists no matter how much food, tv or sex we have, logic then decrees that we are not giving ourselves what we truly crave - TIME - time to THINK - REFLECT - PROJECT - RE-SOLVE - be gentle with ourselves in order to be gentle with others - we cannot resolve issues with others that we have not first resolved within ourselves, it is like beating your head against a brick wall, believe me I have much experience in that department, and still it comes back to haunt me LOL - more detachment - less personal - letting go - I can only turn my bit of charcoal into a diamond :)
Again I seem to need the experience of allowing my self to get caught up in other's and not seeking my TIME each day, then my life looses it's momentum, purpose and joy - when will I ever learn :)

Yes I am still scratching my head metaphorically and lierally, though no nits just sweaty head.......

Gordo gato got his gordo butt stuck yesterday morning chasing some poor pus who had hunkered down in the little room at the end of our "path" cats can get in through a hole at the bottom of the wooden doors, fat cat thinks it's his place - so the hissing and spitting and yowling alerted Squidge who belted out to see - was like a cartoon - squdge's arse was sticking out of said hole in door when she heard me she backed out whereupon feral pus hurtled out followed by gordo gato who briefly got lodged in hole, before giving chase followed by a yapping sqidge - what can I do - shrug shoulders, squidge is back first a few minutes later a knackered Stinkers flumps on the floor flat out, when he finally stops panting and gets up he is limping so he'll not be doing much for the next few days

Last night we watched the last part of the Miracles of Egypt series - Legacy - and I do feel a connection with a lot of what has been said in the series - is it because I want it to? - I don't think so as there are many other belief systems to buy into which don't "attract" me - I know there is no absolute scientific proof - AS YET - I do beleive that science is still in it's baby days - when different sciences come together {as several have done in this series} and compare notes/join forces even more knowledge will "come to light" - Newton, Pythagoras, Plato and many other's have already "proved" this. There is no god in this ancient civilisation just principles!! Universal principles!!

"There are no gods, and no masters, to turn yourself over to. There is,
however, your own amazing strength, and the help of friends. Life is
like an Amish barn — set out to build it, and you’re like to find the
whole community come out to help you. Wait for someone else to build
it, and the cows will get mighty wet the next time it rains."{read more}

"How are you today? Have you changed your mind about anything? Have you opened your heart further recently? Have you gone to work by a different route? What happiness did you give to someone today that also brought you happiness? What are you going to do right now, and how do you feel about it?"{heaven}

Adversity strengthens us.
Who could we learn more from than our own brothers and sisters?

It is time that we started looking at our lives from the level of the soul. At present, most people have bought into the limiting idea that this life is the only one there is, but nothing could be further from the truth. Indeed, as it has been said many times throughout these writings, we live countless lifetimes in countless realities, all for the purpose of expanding our creativity. Sometimes we even take on tasks that require us to learn lessons which are not always pleasant in the short run.

Our soul is an enthusiastic, adventurous vehicle, but our body tends toward complacency and becoming comfortable with routines. It seems that we need our apple cart upset every so often in order to break us out of our malaise. This is why we made agreements and arrangements with others, before we came into this lifetime, to help each other in case we started to get stuck here. We asked our soul family to show up at the right time to provide the perfect lesson that would get us moving forward again.

For those who don't see this wondrous play going on from a higher, soul level, it would appear as if the person who is creating all of our turmoil and adversity is a horrible bad guy. Those who are wedded to their Earthly identity tend to make judgments, play the blame game, and grumble incessantly about the harsh conditions imposed on them by someone else. However, in truth, our adversaries are just doing what we asked them to do long, long ago, in a place beyond this beautiful Earth.

"You labor under two great limitations, Robert. These limitations pervade your world and keep you from experiencing your birthright. The first limitation is that there are no worlds other than the one in which you are living. It amazes those in my world how this idea can continue to exist, especially in light of all of the new information which is being made available to you. Where do you think your dreams are coming from? Where do your thoughts, your feelings, or your creative inspirations come from? There is so much more that awaits your people, and yet they cannot access it as long as they believe it doesn't exist."

"Our limiting beliefs create our limited reality?" I stated, rhetorically.

"That's the way it works, Robert. If, on the other hand, your people would seek, in earnest, to step into the world of Spirit, then ancient doors would open, and old friends would bid them to enter."

My Intention for today is:

I Intend that I am looking at life from my soul's point of view.
