Friend or Foe? Crows Never Forget a Face, It Seems
What does OBAMA spell backwards AMABO which is Latin for "I shall love"

Brain scientists are enthused about new research concerning the effects memories have on us. Reading through some of the findings, it seems to me to validate some things commonly accepted in the metaphysical and mind/body communities.
This is not to trivialize the study conducted recently by American and Israeli scientists, but mystics, psychics, new-thought enthusiasts and mind/body researchers have long contended that what we think – especially our memories and our tendencies to dwell on some of them – can have profound effects on our emotions, our physical health and our perceptions of the world [quantumspirit]
{science is catching up with the ageless wisdom :)}
Came across the Zenbaptist blog - gotta like this dude LOL, so sharing a few lines from him
the money god I have been told more than once over the decades that if I charged large sums of money for my workshops and presentations, folk would regard them more highly. "They cost a lot, so they must be worth more." There is truth in their advice. A sad truth.[this rings bells - when looking for alternative methods of dealing with cancer, and bemoaning how all alternative/complimentary stuff was so over priced, an acquaintance told me if I wasn't prepared to pay then I didn't value myself - the idea that I did not have a few hundred to spend on myself was irrelevant]
We use "cheap" and "inexpensive" interchangeably. Cheap means of poor quality. Inexpensive means it does not cost much money.
I do not like the money god. I see people "holding jobs" (the jobs are really holding the people) that are prisons to them. They would not in their sane minds get up and voluntarily go to these locations unless coerced / forced by the money god.
WISDOM
Spiritual stupor-idity is keeping oneself filled with thought and worry and plans and anxiety and hopes and expectations and emotional charges and entertainments and self-chatter and ... It's like listening to your ipod while hiking the Grand Canyon -- the Canyon never gets to tell you anything.
And finally a silly Saturday quiz - not so sure about the best at everything mmmmm and the confidence can wain very easily when confronted - think I'll go see what a few friends come out as :) hahahahaha - now isn't that strange mmmmmm we seem to have many similarities...have a happy w/e folks xx

What Harlee Means |
![]() You are truly an original person. You have amazing ideas, and the power to carry them out. Success comes rather easily for you... especially in business and academia. Some people find you to be selfish and a bit overbearing. You're a strong person. You are usually the best at everything ... you strive for perfection. You are confident, authoritative, and aggressive. You have the classic "Type A" personality. You are wild, crazy, and a huge rebel. You're always up to something. You have a ton of energy, and most people can't handle you. You're very intense. You definitely are a handful, and you're likely to get in trouble. But your kind of trouble is a lot of fun. You are relaxed, chill, and very likely to go with the flow. You are light hearted and accepting. You don't get worked up easily. Well adjusted and incredibly happy, many people wonder what your secret to life is. You are friendly, charming, and warm. You get along with almost everyone. You work hard not to rock the boat. Your easy going attitude brings people together. At times, you can be a little flaky and irresponsible. But for the important things, you pull it together. |
