Moon - Mars - Malaga.......

Well that was all a bit too "exciting" - to explain, we went over to Leigh n Keith's on Friday evening for a meal and  stay over as I was working with Leigh's mum on Saturday....great meal I should add, Keith went all cordon blue on us.........:) and he and Leigh dueted - a lovely evening, anyway I digress, off to work in morn, the guys are taking Marta to some kiddies thing happening in Coin, leaving Squidge with Barbara dog.....the day was longer than anticipated and finally we got back to the house about 4ish.......no rush of Squidge, shouted and clapped to no avail, the guys were all for scouring the roads but as she has no knowledge of Coin it would be like looking for needle in a haystack, so with heavy heart and certainly no heart for the birthday party we were supposed to be going to, we set of back home, Keith said he would go looking again and Leigh said she would ask and look on the way back with Marta......driving back to begin with I wondered if we might see her, if she was making a bid for CasaB........once back in CasaB it hit me harder and missed her trotting along with us........the mind kicks in with all the options good and bad and how to deal with each of them.........after an hour the phone rings and Leigh says she has her, on her way home she asked some neighbours if they had seen small dog, they said yes, about an hour earlier, running up and down the lane whimpering, that would have been not so long after we had been shouting for her, so back to Coin to collect the little gugger with happy hearts.......

This Leo-Aquarius Full Moon brings the light of mature independence reconsidering its freedom, possibilities, and the value of a youthful approach to re-create the self. This light will focus through the form of reconsidering a social role or expectation, and freeing oneself from old patterns hindering the true Self.
The Lunation is part of a very powerful Mystic Rectangle, promising us all productive opportunities and understandings regarding how to use the current Jupiter-Uranus opposition Saturn to good advantage. These awarenesses are helping us grow in 6 areas of our life, and you can bet there is very good fortune in the air for those who have embraced their emerging archetypal Self.
There will be a need for clarity around what roles you're willing to play and which roles you shouldn't play, with inspired thinking and ideas available to those who have cultivated an altruistic mind. Be noble, be creative, be playful, and you might glimpse a greater view that helps you know what's coming down the road in the near future.
Balance, inner guidance, exploring the unknowns, and focusing the will in powerful forms of personality self-expression are all very beneficial themes to guide you, and sacrifices will show you fair dealing and indestructible elements of your reality, as well as what ideas have been formalized in your life and what is valuable in your cultural background........Autonomy is a primary keyword.......[read more]

Neuroscientists are exploring profound implications of non-locality ~ the concept that our perceptions of events and sensations are not necessarily anchored to our physical beings in the here and now ~ though further investigation into phenomenon such as the “rubber hand illusion.”

Such data reveals that brain mechanisms of multisensory processing are crucial for the “I” of conscious experience and can be scientifically manipulated in order to potentially animate and incarnate virtual humans, robots, and machines.

This month and next, Earth is catching up with Mars in an  encounter that will culminate in the closest  approach between the two planets in recorded  history.
The next time Mars may come this close is in 2287.
Due to the way Jupiter's gravity tugs on
Mars and perturbs its orbit, astronomers can only be
certain that Mars has not come this close to Earth
in the Last 5,000 years, but it may be as long as
60,000 years before it happens again.

The encounter will culminate on August 27th when [and we are flying to Scotland, so hoping to get a window on the right what a view!!!]
Mars comes to within 34,649,589 miles of Earth and
will be (next to the moon) the brightest object in
the night sky. It will attain a magnitude of -2.9
and will appear 25.11 arc seconds wide.
At a modest 75-power magnification.
Mars will look as large as the full moon to the naked eye.
Mars will be easy to spot. At the beginning of August it will rise in the east at 10pm and will reach it's azimuth at about 3am

By the end of August when the two planets are closest, Mars will rise at nightfall and reach it's highest point in the sky at 12:30am. That's pretty convenient to see something that no human eye has seen in recorded history
