Gratitude
is one of the highest frequencies in the Universe. When we notice what
is "good" in our lives, we create more of it. Think about it. When you
are grateful, life becomes more expansive. It contracts when you think
about what you don't have.Your
reality reflects your inner thoughts and feelings. So if you stay
focused on gratitude and abundance, then you increase the flow of
"good" in your life. Life expands and contracts naturally or
cyclically, but you can expand the balance of abundance through
gratitude.

Like
prosperity, I imagine gratitude as beautiful waves of golden light that
cascade through my life, like waves of a bountiful sea that bring
peace, contentment and expansion. Expressing gratitude to friends
changes relationships. Expressing gratitude to the Universe or God
brings expansion, prosperity and peace.

You
have a choice in every moment. You can choose to focus on limitation
and doubt, or you can choose connection with the divine qualities of
gratitude, love and abundance. The beauty of free will is that we
always have a choice. Remembering to choose well is a practice that is
easily developed and can change the flow of your life.

In
this series I will be exploring the energy of language. I will look at
commonly used words from the point of view or their original meaning
because words carry the energy of their original meaning even though we
have a different understanding of them now. I will also explore the
energy of language from the point of view of my Greater Self.

People
are constantly talking, both with their mouths (outside voice) and in
their heads (inside voice). The logical mind (left brain) communicates
with words. But words have meanings and energies that can be very
different from what the logical mind thinks. So when we use these
words, whether with the inside or outside voices, the energy underneath
still comes though.

WORD NUMBER ONE: WANT

The common meaning (what I found in my dictionary) of want is "to desire to have or do something". But the original meaning was "to lack of something". If is from Old Norse vanta "to be lacking". This was the meaning of "want" that was in dictionaries as recently as the 1940's.

Words
carry the energy of their original meanings. So if you say, "I want
money", the energy says, "I lack of money". That's a really different
meaning!

Conversely, if you say, "I don't want to be sick", the energy says, "I don't lack of being sick". Oops!

Think of all those positive affirmations people have said using "I want..." No wonder they didn't work!

You
might have been told that instead of saying "I want money" you should
say something like "I am wealthy". Unfortunately, your mind immediately
responds, "Have you seen my bank account? I am NOT wealthy?"

Instead of want, try using desire. Recently desire has taken on an undertone of sexuality, and people shy away from it. But I don't have a problem with desire!

It is even better to use choose. This word packs a punch. "I choose abundance." Your mind can't negate that. It feels expansive and light.

Listen
to what you say to others. Listen to your inner dialogue. If you are
aware of your language, you can change it and so change your experience. [Sarah Biermann]

Questions?

There are some questions in the world you do not ask. Most of the questions you ask
yourself are immaterial. They are stalling, filibustering, if you will.
Enough of questions for a while. Simply note that according to the joy
you have, that is the degree to how much joy you can give. It is
unselfish to be happy. It is selfish to be unhappy. There are no two
ways about it. You may be a good actor and hide your unhappiness, yet,
despite the best acting, there is that level at which your unhappiness
is known.
When you are unhappy, you find a reason. You like to think it is a
good reason. The brutal fact is that, if you are unhappy, you chose to
be unhappy. Happiness is not the luck of the draw. Happiness or
unhappiness is what your mind tells you to feel. When you are unhappy,
you have willingly sacrificed your happiness on the altar, as if it
were honorable to give away your happiness. Do that, and you deny
others their happiness. You may perhaps think that is a noble thing to
give up your happiness and be long-suffering. Hogwash. Do you think you
are not worthy of joy? Do you think that suffering is better? Have you
chosen to be a martyr? If so, then unchoose it now. Be the hero or
heroine of a different kind of novel. Do not be the king or queen who
so nobly puts his or her head on the block. Find other heroes, beloved.
Find a pillow of roses to rest your head upon.

Atheists often get accused of “worshiping” themselves, of being
arrogant and having no humility. I don’t know why. Nature constantly
reminds me that I’m small, reminds me that I’m part of something
bigger. The world was not made for us, Nature tells us. I find that
curiously comforting, because it is nice to know that the world, and
the universe, are far bigger and grander than mere humanity, as amazing
as we are.

Sometimes Nature reminds us gently. And sometimes it tears into a
city with a glorious fury, primal and so beyond us that we can only
stand before it, humbled and awed.

Censorship, shooting stars and another eclipse...

Censorship is once again at the heart of the
Beijing Olympics - and not in China, it's happening right here in
Australia. A GetUp ad, featuring a Tibetan woman, was booked, paid for and confirmed to air on either side of the Opening Ceremony - but it never showed

With August being a month for much
celestial activity, there will be a meteor shower on August 12th. With
a bit of a window around its arrival, the evening of the 12th of August
and the morning of the 13th of August will bring forth the maximum of
the Perseid meteor shower. Up to 80 shooting stars may be visible each
hour! And then on August 16th, we will experience a full moon lunar
eclipse.

So then, the meteor shower is bringing in energies of fairy dust, like a
sprinkling of light and beauty, magic and love, this cosmic event will
only serve to make us feel good. Recharging our batteries and
rejuvenating ourselves through these energies will be ever so possible.
We will have the opportunity to laugh, feel a lightness and joy, to
play with our brothers and sisters, to enjoy having many things fall
into place effortlessly, and to feel good once again.

On August 16th, we will experience a lunar eclipse and full moon. During
this time, we will have the opportunity to experience and examine our
shadow selves, what is inside of us, what our fears are, and we may
feel and emptiness and rather spooky energy. It may feel that the light
is temporarily gone and that we are only connected to a strange and
dark space. We may not want to be alone then, and thus crave the
companionship and connections to others.

When we experience these opportunities to
really see the aspects of ourselves that we would prefer to hide from
others, we can feel vulnerable, inadequate, and almost powerless. But
by embracing the energies that these cosmic events are here to support,
love them and allow them to be utilized in their purest form, we can
then let them go and move forward once again. It is then that we have
even more gratitude for the love of another, or perhaps are then more
able to see and have love for the seeming inadequacies of our brothers
and sisters, as we know that we are not perfect either.{energy alert}

The greatest gift a parent can give a child, is the ability to
become independently happy.

And the greatest gift a child can give a parent is
exercising that ability. And the greatest gift a child can give a parent is
exercising that ability.

Agreement is the glue that holds realities together

Lumping is a term I use to describe it when we decide we're going to be like everyone else. We "lump ourselves in" with a collective of people who are all appearing to have the same thing going on in their lives.

As an example let's say that the crowd believes that gaining weight happens as a result of our eating (instead of our thinking) habits. If we agree with them, then we'll surely be concerned with every little thing we eat and therefore set ourselves up for getting fat.
It works the same with diseases. If, for instance, we agree that a particular disease, the Black Crud, is running rampant throughout the population, then we run the risk of getting it. Our agreement with everyone else who believes in it creates an opening for us to experience it. If, however, a well-meaning friend warns us that the Black Crud is spreading, and we choose to withhold our agreement and our belief in it, then we will not be subjected to it.
It's at the moment that we lend our agreement to a belief that we bring it to life.

My Intention for today is:


I Intend that I am
watching my thoughts much closer and I am remembering that my agreement
is a precious tool only to be used after careful consideration.

Full moon and eclipse

Having rained now for 4 days without respite, it is good to wake and see the sun dawning on the horizon, watching the Andalucia news last night it looks like the coast has had a rough time - 16litres in 45 minutes now that is a lot of rain!! For much of the time isn't really rain up here as we are immersed in the cloud so it is just wet to walk in when the cloud moves on then we get torrential rain, hail, thunder and lightening. As we have been moving towards the full moon I tend to want to stay close to home and in a more reflective, meditative state, so have been trying to clean up the blog Eli you said that words were disappearing off the edge....mmmmmm...yes - not sure whether 0r not it finally came right, but the new stuff seems to be OK, also it is time my website was updated it has been ignored for too long , so I started to work on that yesterday and will get back to it again today.
Sunday afternoon, after lunch D n I decided to do a little experiment with some mdma, well it was wet and we were bored LOL - I can hear gasps of horror from some, but hey we are old enough and ugly enough to make our own decisions, it's been a long time since we have "experimented" to begin with we sat and listened to a "channeling" chilled and drifted for about 3 hours - where did the time go both of us weren't too sure whether we like the effects initially, but that passed and we ended popping up to Bar Neuvo and calling round to Leigh n Keith, the thing is we had a ball I haven't seen Del acting the clown for so long and we both laughed so much our jaws were aching the following day, we talked and talked like we haven't for a long time - so all in all we felt it hadn't been a wasted experiment and a lot of stuff has moved along for both of us. Monday morning I got up and lit a cosy fire to counteract the heavy cloud we sat in, looking out the window we couldn't see the next house let alone a mountain.

Soon we'll have the first Lunar Eclipse of 2008 at 2 degrees of Virgo-Pisces. The midpoint of this total eclipse will occur on Feb 20 at 10:26 pm EST, Feb 21 for Greenland and points east. This is very close to the last Lunar Eclipse of August 2007 at 5 Virgo-Pisces, so expect echoes. Since Full Moons always fulfill the energies of the previous New Moon, this Eclipse will sprout the seeds of the Feb 2008 Solar Eclipse. Both eclipses are shutting some old ways of life down forever (as all eclipses do), leaving us space to embrace the new already waiting for us exactly mirroring what we've prepared for up to now. These will shine a light on closures, courage, and transmutation of energies into personality strengths in our process of going through our "liberating ordeals" that are protective mechanisms ultimately restructuring our lives, and what work we consider important.

Light On The Path - Three Eternal Higher Truths

This is from one of the oldest books on the planet. As was written in the Introduction about 100 years ago, "…the first form in which we see it is smaller yet. It is a palm leaf manuscript, old beyond computation; so old that even before the time of Christ men had already forgotten its date and the name of its writer, and regarded its origin as lost in the mists of prehistoric antiquity." It was translated from Senzar into Sanskrit, then from Sanskrit into Greek at the time of the Alexandrian mystery schools, and from Greek into English in 1885. I have read and re-read this work countless times in over 30 years, and with each reading I understand its wisdom in a new light.

Another week

September is upon us and what a month it promises to be - well if you are into numerology - lots of nines - tomorrow being the first 9.09.2007{9}
It.s been another busy week, had a nine hour day on Thursday with my obligatory 15 minute smoke break LOL, Friday not so bad with only 4 hours, I had hoped to stay lively enough to go see the break dancers and hear the music put on last night up in the plaza, all part of the Cultural week, which has been happening all week mostly for the young un´s, but I am still young at heart :) Def make it tomorrow for the last day when there is a food tasting from many different cultures and other such things happening throught the day and early evening.
Well guys I have finally done it - made an appointment with the dentist - gulp!!!!!!!! 21st of this month

It has provided just what I needed as I had made a pledge to give a percentage of my crochet profits to charity and this one is just perfect and although I haven´t made any sales of late I have been earning from my hotel job and it has given me the chance to get my teeth done so hells bells how can I NOT share my good fortune :)
The first significant moment is the 9-9-9 harmonic or energy on the 9th of September, with echoes on the 18th and the 27th of September, just after Full Moon. At these times, you will be made aware of the Completion or Ending of the Transitional Cycle that began in 1998, and the commencement of the first New Earth cycle. We have said before that this new cycle only really begins on the 1-1-1 harmonic, on the 1st of January 2008, and until then you can expect a period of relative instability and rapid change. Your Higher Self or I AM presence will be moving out all the "old" energies and aligning you with new directions and new opportunities.
.......... this is a time of choice and growth. Do not resist - let go of what needs to leave and be open to the new. If, in this period, you experience a feeling of not moving and being "stuck", then allow that and know that you are at the zero point of a new creation or manifestation. Be patient, and know that what is needed will manifest when the time is right. If, on the other hand, you find things are moving too fast, stay calm and centered and know that rapid changes must happen in order to align you with the new and incoming energies of the first true New Earth cycle.
The next power moment will be on the New Moon and Partial Solar Eclipse on the 11th of September. At this time, the Solar Codes for completing the old cycle and commencing the new will be integrated into the planetary collective consciousness, and humanity will be ready to move forward into the New Earth cycle.
On the 23rd of September, the Equinox will bring a moment of much needed Balance to the planet after the intense and whirling energies of Change and Transformation have done their work. This is the moment when day and night are of equal length, and it marks the shift of the seasons. In the North, the days become shorter as winter approaches, and in the South, the days become longer as summer returns. It is a pivotal point at which to feel the energies of Inner Balance before moving forward again. Allow the inner Masculine and Feminine energies to come into perfect balance within you.
The Full Moon is on the 26th of September. The Sun will be in Libra, and the Full Moon will be in Aries. This will be a Fire Moon, ruled by the fiery Solar energy of the Divine Feminine in her archetypal incarnation as the Fire Goddess. The Goddess who energy is most appropriate to this moment is Kali, the eastern Goddess of Endings and Beginnings. The Full Moon would be a good time for Fire Ceremonies, and for expressing gratitude for what is leaving and gratitude for what is coming in with the new energies. The intense light of the Fire element will light your way forward, dearest ones, and transform all that needs transformation now.
Holding the Balance of the Inner Divine Masculine and Feminine in SeptemberDearest ones, in this month you will be challenged to hold your inner balance of Masculine and Feminine energies. The Goddess planet, Venus, will be transitioning through Leo, adding more fiery Solar Feminine energy to the "mix" for September. With the Full Moon in Aries and Venus in Leo, this will indeed be a time of great Creative Passion, Sensuality, and Power.
This Solar Feminine energy may manifest as new Creative Projects or new Romantic Relationships, or the renewal of such projects and relationships. It can also signify the ending of old projects and relationships that are not aligned with the New Earth energy. The creative and sexual energies will be so intense and powerful that they will provide a moment of "breakthrough", a shattering of the old so that the new may form. If such events happen, it is important to hold your inner center and not to be swept away by the intensity and passion of the moment.
The planet of Masculine energies, Mars, will be in Gemini, opposite the Galactic center and Pluto and Jupiter in Sagittarius. This means that the Masculine energy is in an intense and expansive and transformative "dialogue" with the Galactic center which is the "hone" of the Divine Feminine energy. This dialogue is about the Transformation that is being initiated by Pluto and the spiritual expansion initiated by Pluto, as the Masculine energy moves beyond the duality of the old energy into the complementarity of the Twin Flame energy. So, you can expect also intense transformative pressure on the inner masculine energies in September.
And so, in the next few months, many of you will be assuming new responsibilities and new forms of work. The opportunities will come to you, according to your desires and your gifts and talents, and it is up to you to be responsible and to manifest wisely.
But, when we look at the word "responsibility", we see two parts - "response" and "ability" - and what is really at issue here, dearest souls, is your ability to respond to the flow of Divine Creative energy and power in your lives.

Despite waking to cloudy skies the past couple of days it has burned off by 10 is blisteringly hot and getting more humid which isn´t quite so good although the A.C. was repaired at the hotel yesterday so working conditions are much improved LOL

Straight after work yesterday we went to meet Cynthia at Bar Nuevo for lunch as she is off early this morning, back to UK to see if the sale of her cottage in Norfolk is going to go through and then back to Canada to support her mum through her chemo

And now for some more energy n moon talk LOL

So now, in comes the feminine energy. This is where we are now. We are
really in the thick of it. And it is divinely different than what we have known
on this planet in our current lifetimes.

In what forms is it manifesting itself? You may not want to do anything. The feminine is not about doing. It is about being. If we try and make anything happen right now, it can feel like navigating through quicksand. But there is a dual reason for the energy of exhaustion we may feel right now when we try and make something
happen.

When the energies are “out,” as they currently are, we are
not nearly as connected to Source. The higher we vibrate and evolve, the more we
exist in a reality that is very connected to Source. But during the ascension
process, the energies have periods of moving in and out. They are out when they
are building….much like a tidal wave. And while they are out, we are always
re-aligning and re-defining.

In the higher realms, Source is the
creator, so then, we create easily and effortlessly. Things just seem to fall
into our laps, our every thought seems to manifest immediately, and all is
effortless with no struggle. This comes from a strong connection to Source
without many blockages of density. This is when the energies are “in,” and they
are “in” now for the majority of the time, as we have made much progress.

Because the energies are waning now, or “out,” this is
creating a more distant connection to Source. We would then have to create from
our own ego minds, or from our own individual selves. This is not the way of the
higher realms, and this is why we become exhausted from trying, or why we may
even simply have no desire to do a thing. We cannot do it all ourselves. It is
not possible. We need the energy of Source as our partner, as well as our
physical soul partners and teams.

So there is a dual situation occurring here during this phase. We are being held back and we are also integrating the feminine. In this way, we are truly being supported at each and every level. We are being protected and we are being prepared.

Other manifestations of integrating the feminine? We may
have had the flu recently. Our cells are transmuting at deep levels, and this
can cause exhaustion, muscle pain and pressure, a lot of neck discomfort,
dizziness and weakness, and nausea. But the main physical manifestation of a
deep integration of the higher feminine energies is abdominal pain and distress.
Cramping, unusual menses, and just plain pain! Our bodies can really hurt from
the ascension process. We may try to get on board with a regular physical
exercise regime, and find that at times when an integration process occurs, we
have to then suspend our exercise program. We simply do not have the energy
reserves to keep on track with it. Ahhhhhhh….this ascension process! Up and
down, up and down.

The feminine is also about basking and allowing.
During this time, it can greatly help to simply do nothing. Rest. Be. Give
yourself permission to take a break. What if you have a regular 3D job? You can
turn off your home answer machine, do not answer your phone, stay off the
internet, do not watch TV, and simply remove yourself from the outside world
once you get home, or once you end your 3D job for the day. This can work
wonders and really get one connected to the current energies that are
manifesting for us. Unplug from the other world as much as you can during this
time of being held back.

You can then do something creative, or
simply do nothing. For the past two weeks (my husband is away fighting a
wildfire…his last season), I have found the greatest way to be in alignment with
the current energies is simply by lying still. No reading, creating, or even
moving. Just lying there in the quiet. It feels awesome.

These higher vibrating feminine energies are affecting much. The west will be affected the most, as it has possessed much of the old masculine energies of power and aggressiveness. These old masculine energies are being broken down now in a very severe way. Within and without. As always, we are evolving within and without. And this is what is creating the great fall for much of our planet.

The solar eclipse of September 11th brings in a different
scenario. It marks the true end of this period of going deep and letting go, but
not of the fall. Everything basically stops and resets itself, as the sun again
reveals itself to move forward with our new and more highly vibrating selves.
And add that to the equinox of the 23rd, which always brings in the new, and we
have much in the way of energetic supports from the cosmos, as we are all one
indeed, using all of our energies to support the ascension process.

As of September, our new plans will begin to manifest once
again. After having thrown out much of the old, in regard to cleaning out
closets (literally!), re-aligning our purposes and desires with the new higher
vibrating reality, or even really and truly fine tuning our soul purpose at this
particular point in time, and especially throwing out the parts of ourselves
that no longer fit with what is to come, we will then be ready to move forward
into the new.

We will then be more fully entrenched within the new
reality that we have created for ourselves. Our own special sanctuaries that
reside as a reality within a reality will be secure and safe, as will we. The
outside or old world will continue to fall, as we will watch and assist at
times, but our own special worlds will be dramatically different than what the
news is revealing to us. We will not be a part of the fall. We will be in an
entirely different world.

Those that are still evolving at different levels may choose to hold onto and try to save the old, but it cannot be so. In time, those that wish to let go will do so, and there will be those who will welcome them with open arms into the world of the new, as they are shown a new way of being and living.

A separation that is more severe than ever before will envelope us now, but it is only a separation that results from a willingness on the part of those who choose another way or reality. Surrender is truly the key. This sounds like religious dogma, doesn’t
it? But basically, it is all about letting go of as much of our ego selves as
possible, and allowing as much Source as possible to embody itself within us. I
suppose, we are all always saying the same thing. Separation only comes from a
difference in vibrational levels, and at times from a difference in soul purpose.

As more natural disasters occur, and more begins to fall,
unity will be the result, and this will also create more of a willingness within
the masses to embrace something new and different. These natural disasters will
support the unity of each area, as each area will vibrate differently according
to its own special purpose. “Local” will be the new phrase. I talk a lot about
this in Staying In Alignment, as utilizing as much local as possible places us
in alignment with our own areas of residency and higher vibrating purpose…..so
although we will begin to greatly separate as a planet, we will also begin to
fine tune our “local,” and then eventually combine all the special energies of
each and every “local” purpose in regard to the whole. Much of anything and
everything that is in between these higher and specific vibrations will cease to
exist.

Integrating the feminine now, will enable us to embody more
compassion in times to come regarding the fall. The way to survive in a falling
world, during brief visits, is to be in a state of love, understanding, and
compassion. I believe this to be a tall order on a continuous basis, as there
are not many who could achieve this feat in a continuous way, but by staying in
our sacred spaces of high reality, and going “back” only sporadically, we can
then maintain these states much easier if for a limited time. It can be
difficult to maintain states of continual love and compassion when one is
residing in the energy of the fall, as it can feel as though we are being beat
on, attacked, dumped on, or even in the energy fields of great distress. And in
addition, these lower vibrating energies are no longer a match to what we are
now vibrating, and can feel downright unbearable and old!

There will be more on this in future energy alerts, as assisting will require a need
to stay in our center, without reaching out. It may sound strange, but staying
in our center, or in alignment, allows those who are willing, to come to us, or
at least be open to us. We need not deliberately go out and try to help, unless
we are being called, and we will be. Deliberately trying is the old masculine
energy, and this is what we are fine tuning now. Staying still, allowing, being
present, and not “reaching” is vitally important. This creates the perfect
alignment that will be needed in times to come.

We can now practice being “still.” We can be in our center and in alignment. And when the forward moving energies again resume, we will once again be in perfect position with our new creations of heaven on Earth.

In general people have a natural intellectual resistance to psychic sensitivity......we have inherited the belief that if you can´t measure it, it doesn´t exist. What we don´t readily appreciate is that we humans are born with the ability to perceive many things that science cannot measure yet!! How often does it happen that w may sense and know something intangible to be a fact, but cannot find the right words or phrases to convey exactly what we mean? This does not mean we lack skill in sentient awareness. It simply means that we are not skilled with words. In spite of the fact that humanity has developed sufficiently in intelligence, it lacks spiritual confidence and sufficient motivation. We need to work on our understanding of "spiritual will" As individuals we may not want to admit it, but we know intuitively when we deplete our individual vibration. Then in hindsight we are disappointed because we know that had we done the opposite, we could have changed the energy field around us for the better.

Based on the scientific evidence of recognised scientists like Dr. Dossey, much has been accomplished. His concept of the "nonlocal mind" is a concise definition of an emerging image of consciousness. While this is not a difficult thought to embrace in itself, what is significant is that the idea of consciousness as all-pervading is presented in a new way. The spiritual idea of universal consciousness has been translated by a scientist in a scientific way. And we can grasp this translated version intellectually by running it through our rational minds for confirmation and verify it as a fact in our consciousness.

we are heading into the energy of the Full Moon on Wednesday also known as Wesak; a time when the energies of Love & Light [personified as Christ and Buddha]merge; a time for us to link into this - it is not a time of action, but about absorbing/storing up, whatever lesson you are trying to learn right now will be intensified all opportunities will be there if we have the *sense* to see them; watch your thoughts and feelings; be aware of the NOW at every available opportunity, when washing up, cleaning your teeth, waiting in line, use your mind creatively/positively; open your heart and mind to all seen and unseen......

Tomorrow is a major holiday in Spain and still taken quite seriously - so nought will be open in the village, when we first came not even the bars were open whether this has changed as the want to earn more money has taken over I don't know, will take a wander and see manana.........

Phone call from Lau yesterday, well she certainly sounds a lot happier now that the stress of dissertation is behind her, she is off down to Moniaive on Wed. staying with Sa n the boys, they are all going to a school play on the Thrs night and on Friday she is off to get another tattoo!!!!!

The Art Of Focus
Many of us are sensitive to energy, so we make our homes a sanctuary and only leave
when we have fully prepared ourselves. We may use gemstones, essential oil, or
talismans, or perhaps we call on our angels or surround ourselves in a bubble of
light. But we should be conscious of what we are seeking to accomplish. It is
important to remember that if we want to shield ourselves, we might inadvertently
keep out the good that is coming our way. All of our tools can be helpful if we use
them wisely and keep ourselves engaged in all the world has to offer.
If we instead seek to filter distractions, than we can be like prospectors panning
for gold. We learn to filter when we are children as we learn about the world around
us. At first every leaf on the ground is a reason to stop and investigate. But as we
learn where to focus our attention, the rest becomes background. We don't cut
ourselves off from the world, we merely shift our focus.
As humans, we don't always know what is good for us. Sometimes what appears to be a
negative situation contains a gem of wisdom that leads to our highest growth. Rather
than focusing our thoughts on what we want to keep out of our experience, we may
want to turn the light of our attention to the good we'd like to create while
leaving room for something better. By doing this, we allow space for the wisdom of
the universe to work its magic on our behalf. If we trust the universe, we know that
good is present even if it doesn't look good on the surface. When we shift our focus
this way, we actually attract those things into our lives, and the rest falls away
without the effort of filtering. By practicing the art of focus, we invest our
attention and energy into making our lives a positive experience.
