Another week whizzes by........

Ah well as I was about to publish this last night wqhen life took another turn - Del is back in hospital - ambulance was called about 8ish - he has what looked like small strokes - all soooooo fuckin scary I'll be in touch again soon have woken this morning and need to sort out lift to go see him today - Pete followed the ambulance down with Monica who acted as interpreter - they finally left  the hospital at nearly 2am having called me to say he is being kept in under observation having had every scan possible it seems..............
Seems an age since I was here - going through a very strange time - yeah I know it's a state of mind and my mind is definitely playing monkey with me - Monday's full moon I woke feeling great and thought I was through with weird times well for a while but no back full tilt on Tuesday and still wrestling with it all, the monkey is refusing to be brought under control mmmmm - palpitations and panic attacks just envelop me for no "apparent" reason - it's funny just like everyone else I try to pin it on something outer - smoking - cut right back - caffeine only one cup instead of 2 in the morning, does it make a difference NO
funnily enough D packed in nicotine on Monday and his BP was higher than it was at danger mode yet he was and is very cool about stopping no moodies oh he has his wee pipe for herbs, but even that is minimal comparatively speaking, so as far as experimenting is concerned it is definitely a state of mind and shiiiit mine is not in a good state - even trying to meditate has been freaky  - I have to DO something no not even crochet that leaves my mind to free to freak as well - sweep mop tidy anything, I am sure to an outsider it is obvious what I am supposed to learn from all of this but right now I can't see the wood for the trees

You can always tell an old soul, by how friendly they
are to trees.

Very, very -
The
Universe

This brought Val to mind instantly - glad you are back from safe and sound from your travels

Baby sat Marta Monday night an watched Mr Magorium and the wonder [or is that wonderful/wondrous oops forgot] Emporium - oh great movie - happy movie - magic movie :} for kids of ALL ages

More news on the quarry - well irony really as the Mayor is in France, along with other Spanish Mayors  receiving some award for the wonderful area they are PROTECTING - mmmmmm - there is an article in Malaga Hoy on the awards being received

Ha Tuesday evening phone rang and Jason asking if we were going up to the party????? well it turns out Mariano had booked him a year ago for his 40th - so J came down here for a cuppa and a catch up - now there is someone who can speak up against quarries as his place is very close to a quarry everywhere a fine covering of white dust - after several years of living there he now has bronchitis  - he has never suffered breathing problems before he is young [yes J 32 is bloody young] healthy and keeps very fit being an entertainer - singer dancer - doesn't smoke drinks little etc etc
Anyway I hear that the party night was a resounding success with everyone having a fine time.....

IN between starnge times I am doing some crochet - a string rug which is fun and I can add to it whenever I get another ball of string - the real stuff, hairy string - none of that plastic trash :) and I am creating something as a birthday present for myself LOL I will get pics up on Crochet crook soon at the mo am waiting for a cable to arrive to connect to pc - the universe kindly gifted me with a phone which has a loud enough ring to hear AND a camera too but I need a cable which I got online as it was half the price of the man in the village and that includes postage too

Early morning meander......

Nearly 6.30 am - and I have been awake for hours - the ole itchy
head started, gotta cut my nails to stop doing anymore damage
to my scalp - as I said to a friend something is really irritating
me on some level and I wish I could suss the source, most
relief gained from rubbing rescue remedy cream doesn't do
a lot for the hair but who cares if the itch stops :)
Finding something to occupy
my mind is another alternative that works sporadically!!!!
So yesterday spent the morning taking photos of the crochet
that has gathered over the past few months, and they will
start appearing on crochet crook over the next week,
a wee preview of what's to come...

Ole gordo gato likes me being around in the early hours -
he likes the company and pushes Squidge aside for my attention,
his injuries seem all OK once again
Had a very pleasant evening out at Julio and Amanda's on
Sunday - Julio's daughter from Ireland is a lovely lady and we
found much in common to chat about and we didn't need
crowbars to shift Leigh n Keef at the end of the night, but
I think a little lady called Marta had more to do with that
as she was the first to tell Del she wanted to go home.
Tuesday I went up to L E to make a start on the downstairs
the last lot of punters were extremely nice people BUT
exceedingly messy and the kitchen couldn't be left till the
third week in Sept before cleaning - there would definitely
be an infestation of something urgh..........talking of which
there seems to have been an infestation of cockroaches
in the village this year, not that I have seen any, but Del
said that the other day the road between the correos
and houses was covered with the guggers, all we have is
teeny weeny ants, which seem to get ever where even
inside sealed containers - a crumb on the worktop starts
moving within seconds - the reality of life in Spain
The Casarabonela campaign NO a la Cantera is hotting up
with pinted T-shirts now on sale - yep Del has been wearing
his with pride and letters and emails are winging their way to
the European Reps - someone has gone to the trouble of
writing right across all the roads leading into Casarabonela
"No A LA CANTERA" the locals are as against it as much
as the guiris it would seem, despite the bribes being
offered by Cox Howes Salmonds anyone ever heard
of them - be interesting to contact them directly or bring
it to the attention of the UK press. The biggest gripe is all
the toxins that quarrying cement/sand emits and of course
will be blown about over and around the village. I tried
googling the name but couldn't find anything, probably
hiding under the umbrella of a bigger company........

Del & I have been watching the new Richard Dawkin series -
much as I like the dude and go along with much that he says -
like his apparent adverseries he has some gaping gaffs -
he constantly states that we are all connected - now where
have I heard that before - ah yes the weirdos and whackos -
ie new age/spiritual philosophies - also when asked by a
religious dude to show proof - Dawkins came out with the old
religious nut about not having to see to believe mmmmmmmmm,
he did show some proof as well - ofcourse because some does
exist - I still think science is a baby and has yet to
discover/prove the real mind blowing stuff - although like
him it is scary to hear kids
saying that the won't/can't believe scientific proof and that the
indoctination of parents has literally brain washed them - the scary
bit for me is their inability to QUESTION - blind faith is a scary way
to live one's life and the funny bit is the kids who mutter about
not being related to the ape are the most ape-like............

Some signs and symptoms of inner peace:
1. Tendency to think and act spontaneously, rather
than from fears based on past experiences.
2. An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.
3. Loss of interest in judging other people. . .
4. Loss of interest in judging self.
5. Loss of interest in interpreting actions of others. . .
6. Loss of interest in conflict...
7. Loss of ability to worry. (This is a very serious symptom!)
8. Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation.
9. Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature.
10. Frequent attacks of smiling through the eyes of the heart.
11. Increasing tendency to let things happen rather t
han make them happen.
12. Increased susceptibility to love extended by others, as well as
the uncontrollable urge to extend it.
WARNING: If you have all or even most of the above symptoms,
please be advised that your condition of PEACE may be
so far advanced as to not be curable! :-)

"If we are holding onto regrets, we cannot move forward.........
the energy of regret is just like a riptide, carrying us out into
perilous, lonely waters far from shore.......I keep playing the
"re-runs" of the same old regrets over and over, I

cannot possibly move forward. Holding on to decisions that
I'd made
when I was younger and less conscious was holding
me back - the regrets
were taking up room that could be filled
with happiness and light, and

situations that I want to bring in. I've focused on forgiving and
releasing my past and owning that all the decisions I've made have
brought me to where I am now."[read more]

Lots of laughter

If yesterday's video made you smile then try this one - the outtakes - I am still grinning :)

Well the internet is full of laughs this morning

Here is John McCain's good friend "Pastor" John Hagee on women and marriage, from his book What Every Man Wants from a Woman:

Only a Spirit-filled woman can submit to her husband's lead. It is the
natural desire of a woman to lead through feminine manipulation of the
man. The battle of the sexes began in Genesis 3:16, when God said to
the woman, "Your craving shall be for your husband and he shall rule
over you." In the Art Scroll Tanach Series, author Meir Zolotowitz
stated, "Woman's punishment is measure for measure. She influenced her
husband and he ate at her command. Her punishment was that she would
now become subservient to him."

Why did Saint Paul say, "I do
not permit a woman to ... have authority over a man" (1 Tim. 2:12)? It
was because it is the natural thing for a woman to try to do. She is,
by instinct, a manipulator of the situation. Fallen women will try to
dominate the marriage. The man has the God-given role to be the loving
leader of the home. [Pages 12-13] (Brilliant at Breakfast)

I think I should have set up camp at L E this week as a phone call last night from Frank saying he has to go off to Chile tomorrow, so we must meet up today and sort out what's to be done etc and to take Keef up so he knows what he has to do also - then we are told the AC man is arriving 8ish could we "pop" up to give him access, which we did. In fact I am seriously think of staying over tomorrow night so I can be up bright and early and work in the cool of the early morning - yesterday our bedroom was topping 35 so had to be well into the 40s outside and certainly up at L.E. as it sits in the direct sun for most of the day.

More news on the quarry - looks like it will have to go ahead as the UK company is threatening to take the town hall to court if it doesn't get it's way and as the TH is already broke, allegedly {hehehe}, there is a meeting tonight which we will try and get to to find out more - I am with the greens in not wanting it as I really believe this village should be promoted as a place for peace/walks etc but with the booming of a working quarry that will be well screwed.........on the other hand if it threatens to bankrupt the village and still go ahead they may as well make the best of it and take the annual "pay off" - it will be interesting to find out who the company is..............

Perfect!!

As I surmised Thursday and Friday was hard hot slog, so much so that I have decided that in future I shall split the work over 3 days - when I get tired I get clumsy - I noticed on Friday by mid afternoon I kept bumping into everything and by the time I left I was convinced I had missed something - got home around 7.30ish to find 20 missed calls from F and a text {D didn't bring the phone up with him} and an email asking D to leave pool water supply on and for us to put out the extra air con units - email in response with apologies and a promise to ensure I always have phone with me when working - his next email was to say that La Era looked " perfect" ahhh I am a sucker for praise!! As an experiment over the 2 days I ensured that I spent 10 mins in meditation/intention - that I could do all well with plenty of energy and no aches and pains/giving thanks for the work and gratitude for having such a beautiful place to live and work and guess what - yeah OK I was tired by Friday evening BUT the usual achy back etc from all the bending was missing - so a nightcap at the Cave was our treat - a very large Baileys with muchos hielo y tapas pescado and watch the world go by........ah the joys of living in Spain
Bloody 'ell as I am writing this D appears and tells me it is raining -it evaporates so quickly that I will still need to water some of the plants........
2 new blogs I have added to my list one Kaffir Girl is written by a Pakistani lady -Atheist Girls written by a couple of Southern girls - worth a visit!!
Christianity teaches that you shall reap what you sow {scientifically what goes around comes around LOL} anyway looks like the ole Catholic church is dong some more reaping.........link here
The Muslims don't need to "wage a war"" on the Christians they are "Doing for themselves"
Haha Val so where do I get a little guy from then??
Oh Angie I hope you didn't take offense/or were hurt :( - it's only in past few years I have really been aware of this part of me and in retrospect I see many times when a switch seemed to trigger in me and I could no longer lend energy to the "victim mode" - I did it to D once - he told me he suffered asthma attacks occasionally - after a few months I became aware that with him they were a form of emotional blackmail albeit unconscious on his part and eventually I told him in no uncertain terms that he could quit the E.B. as I wasn't gonna play any more and you know to this day he has never had another attack..........poor Sa has also been on the receiving end of my " tough love" - talking of Sa - strange to suddenly be cut off from her again, as her new place has no phone or broadband - something more to be learnt here then as I find myself realising how much I want to share stuff with her on a daily basis, guess I will just have to rely on the fact that what I think will be so we are still connected but on a different level... it will be interesting to see just how much contact if any when she gets out here at the end of the month - another 2 are now joining the party Rose and son Sam so 4 "ladies" n 5 bratz yep that right 9 of the buggers - kids are all n the floor then including ours...........
While still on the theme of tough love - Eli be strong, know that I "think" of you every day - I really do know what it is to seemingly "stand against" one's own mother and it is very painful - probably one of the hardest lessons and part of our path I guess coz not everyone has to go through it - you cannot allow her or anyone for that matter to emotionally blackmail you into doing what doesn't feel right to YOU, my mother "loved me" when I was dressed as she wanted, doing as she wanted etc etc - constantly telling me how to live a "right n proper life" - I was becoming schizophrenic - leading a double life - I was mid to late 30's when I finally broke free, at the time it seemed like a bereavement to me - so desperate I was to have my mother's approval/love - quite an intense emotional month or 2 before I finally realised I was free and to be grateful and I needed no "approval" from anyone else, though I guess I still seek it now and then LOL. Part of me still is a little sad that to this day she will have no contact with me - it is but a passing thought........
Well I must be awa' as I have an email from a Canadian ladie now living in the Netherlands who has contacted me through TUT {thanks Paul!!} about retreats.........all part of my creation........beginning to come together..........
I am still crocheting while keeping cool in the afternoons - having discovered a whole lot of odds n ends of last years woolly yarns I got the notion to have another hat fest then thought ha lots of hats to take when I go to Scotland in the Autumn :) A picture will appear at some point.......
Brightest Blessings and remember - keep an eye on those thoughts :) xx

Full moon and eclipse

Having rained now for 4 days without respite, it is good to wake and see the sun dawning on the horizon, watching the Andalucia news last night it looks like the coast has had a rough time - 16litres in 45 minutes now that is a lot of rain!! For much of the time isn't really rain up here as we are immersed in the cloud so it is just wet to walk in when the cloud moves on then we get torrential rain, hail, thunder and lightening. As we have been moving towards the full moon I tend to want to stay close to home and in a more reflective, meditative state, so have been trying to clean up the blog Eli you said that words were disappearing off the edge....mmmmmm...yes - not sure whether 0r not it finally came right, but the new stuff seems to be OK, also it is time my website was updated it has been ignored for too long , so I started to work on that yesterday and will get back to it again today.
Sunday afternoon, after lunch D n I decided to do a little experiment with some mdma, well it was wet and we were bored LOL - I can hear gasps of horror from some, but hey we are old enough and ugly enough to make our own decisions, it's been a long time since we have "experimented" to begin with we sat and listened to a "channeling" chilled and drifted for about 3 hours - where did the time go both of us weren't too sure whether we like the effects initially, but that passed and we ended popping up to Bar Neuvo and calling round to Leigh n Keith, the thing is we had a ball I haven't seen Del acting the clown for so long and we both laughed so much our jaws were aching the following day, we talked and talked like we haven't for a long time - so all in all we felt it hadn't been a wasted experiment and a lot of stuff has moved along for both of us. Monday morning I got up and lit a cosy fire to counteract the heavy cloud we sat in, looking out the window we couldn't see the next house let alone a mountain.
Also lots more pics of the party were uploaded so I have now added them to my webshots page
Thanks Sa for all the forwards - Moniaive the sleepy little village in south west Scotland now has a budding young actor in their midst as a fine young friend Robin has been picked for a part in a movie to be made in the area, more about that as it happens, also another film, with Christopher Lee not a follow up to the Wicker Man, which was originally filmed in Kircudbright, but something in a similar vein Cowboys for Christ
Another link for anyone visiting the area is The Magic Broomstick which also has Tommy's Tattoos within.

Soon we'll have the first Lunar Eclipse of 2008 at 2 degrees of Virgo-Pisces. The midpoint of this total eclipse will occur on Feb 20 at 10:26 pm EST, Feb 21 for Greenland and points east. This is very close to the last Lunar Eclipse of August 2007 at 5 Virgo-Pisces, so expect echoes. Since Full Moons always fulfill the energies of the previous New Moon, this Eclipse will sprout the seeds of the Feb 2008 Solar Eclipse. Both eclipses are shutting some old ways of life down forever (as all eclipses do), leaving us space to embrace the new already waiting for us exactly mirroring what we've prepared for up to now. These will shine a light on closures, courage, and transmutation of energies into personality strengths in our process of going through our "liberating ordeals" that are protective mechanisms ultimately restructuring our lives, and what work we consider important.

As the eclipse is total, it's considered a very important influence wherever its shadow falls. This eclipse will be able to be clearly seen in most of North America, South America, Western Europe, Africa, and West Asia. The total eclipse lasts 50 minutes, implying this Eclipse will be a very strong influence for the next 4 years and 2 months, interesting in that it must be priming the pump somehow and preparing the way for the wild ride of 2009-2010-2011-2012-2013. We will all be able to find a better way of seeing what is essential and discard irrelevancies while weaving what's left into a higher or broader vision. This eclipse will move us into preparations for things to come, and help many to find protection against those who are too aggressive. The yearning for something greater, or distant horizons, will bring forth adaptability, intuition, and flashes of brilliance.{Lunar Eclipse}

On the Earth plane, because matter is dense, and the vibrational rate of energy is somewhat slower, you experience that things come to you in a way that seems delayed. Most people, just as they have launched a new thought about what they want, within a few days begin to think about something different. The Universe responds to you instantly, yes, instantly, and as you think about what you want, it begins to immediately bring it to you. However, it seems that the majority of you change your mind on a regular basis, so the Universe receives as many order cancellations as it does orders!{What we say,be and see, we are}

Welcome, I am the ascended lady master Sarah, as I am known; although little is known about me. Thing bigger think better just THINK :)

Think Bigger, Better, More . . .

There are no limits. All of our limits are self-imposed even though it may often appear otherwise. What we overlook is that it is we who make the final decision about whether we buy into a limiting belief or not. Others may try to suggest or persuade us that it is in our best interests to harbor a particular belief, but most often it's only in the best interests of the person who is doing the persuading. They'd feel a lot better if we would do things the way everybody else is doing them.

"Perhaps, at this point, it would be a good idea to take a closer look at our collective reality and see how it got to be the way it is. When we were young children, we looked to those who were bigger than us to instruct us in the ways of life, and, because we were innocent, we trusted them to start us off on the right foot. In most cases they taught us as best they could, but only in rare instances did they teach us anything that was outside the standard, agreed-upon, status quo reality. In accordance with human nature, we merged our beliefs with theirs and began to go along with the crowd.

"As the years went by and we matured, we found that it was easiest for us to stay with the set of ideas we originally learned because these ideas were supported by almost everyone else around us. It seldom occurred to us to deviate from the mainstream, and yet, for a few people, a subtle voice inside whispered that they need not be supported by others in their thinking processes. These insightful people realized that they were free to believe as they chose, even if others didn't approve."

From The Code: The Reunion - A Parable for Peace

So, how about breaking out of the pack? We don't need the approval of others to think - and create - what we like. We can think "Bigger" and enhance our opportunities immensely; we can think "Better" and improve the quality of our lives beyond measure; we can think "More" and increase the flow of all good things coming to us. And we can start right now by taking a closer look at all of our limiting ideas and tossing them in the garbage with all the other things that we don't need anymore.

My Intention for today is:

I Intend that I am thinking Bigger, Better, More . . .

Funny this in many ways because I never did believe that my elders were necessarily by betters, hence being deemed a demon child LOL - my criteria has always been with the folks who tried to mold me or tell me what they thought was best was whether or not if they walked their talk, most I discerned did not, they were telling me the rules for life and were by and large bloody miserable, so seemed crazy to my way of thinking to follow their way/advice or opinion and now I am one of the elders BUT I am very happy, didn't happen overnight and there have a fair few long dark nights, but I stuck to my guns and done many a u-turn - I know that sounds contradictory - gotta keep an open mind - gotta keep a reflective/meditative {both passive and active}/creative mind. Yes I am very happy I love where I live, I love the people I am surrounded by, I love the whole vibe of the place and of course goes with out saying that I love my man, family, close friends and furry fourlegged companions with a ferocity that sometimes hurts. No I didn't get chocolates, flowers or are we going out for a meal - and it matters not a jot - I count my blessings, I know folks who insist on all the trappings of Valentine's day and then a year down the line it is all over............Oh yes when D n I were first together well the 1st 2 years we happened to be in the US and we would do something completely different and maybe for a another couple of years we still acknowledged, but as time passes and we become more content with each other and the friendship grows along with a changing kinda love, a more stable, less emotional love, we subtly agree with one another that we have no need to follow this ritual, hopefully we do/say/give something kind/uplifting/loving/thoughtful each and every day for one another, it's habit it's a way of life.
OK a couple of pics of the birthday, sadly I haven't got any of Sammy, Gregor, Craig, Laura and barely a glimpse of Lorien Sarah Leigh Keef Jo Dave, so who's keeping them then????? Click on a photo to take you to see the rest

Transformative Energy is coming and going now, with very noticeable
force and regularity. It is pounding the shores of our consciousness
like tides of some internal sea. Those who don't feel it FIRST PERSON
will experience the effects SECOND PERSON or even THIRD. It all
depends on your chosen itinerary while living in the World of Form.
Contrary to the opinions of some, these vibratory fluxes we feel are
not "caused" by astrological patterns or numerical arrangements.
That would make things separate, and life is NOT separate. WE are
our own cause, and WE are our own effect. And this same principle
holds, no matter what "position" we occupy on the Game Board of Life
in 3D.
Astrology REFLECTS reality, it doesn't cause it. The same is true of
double digits, omens, signs, symbols, and a host of other "mirrors" of
the Self. They DO "mean" something.......but their meanings vary,
depending on the eye of the beholder. {cause and effect}
"Everything is dependent on everything else, everything is connected,
nothing is separate. Therefore everything is going in the only way it
can go. If we were different everything would be different. We are
what we are, so everything is as it is."
G.I. Gurdjieff

I love it when I find an answer to someone else's questions just hits the spot for me
We also see that there is an aspect of this habit that you speak of that is linked with insecurity. Through the insecurity it is linked to---well, we are trying to think of a word that is not so dramatic, but perhaps we need to just say it. A denial of self love is how we'll say this. (Chuckles) You know what we mean from that. So, what we truly think you need to do in order to continue what you started to night and to move forward in this is to truly learn to love yourself and to accept yourself. You have been hard and somewhat judgmental due to some of the choices you have made in this life. Every choice that you have made has been a part of your journey. It's been whatever needed to be done at that point in your life. Some of this harshness and difficult time you have given yourself; it's time to let go. It worked for you at the time because it brought you into a space you needed to be. That is over and done with; it's time to release it and truly allow yourself to manifest your divinity. You have so much of that golden light within you, it just shimmers from you. It's there when you are at your natural place when you are not thinking about who you are or what's going on. It's only when you move into that space of judgment that you dim down and the other energies come up within you. You are healed. You are whole. You can release this. The more you quit trying to do so and allow yourself to be your divinity the easier you will find that to happen. Does that make sense to you?{cellular transformation...}

Oh there are so many good things I want to share but it is time to be away from the computer for a while

Eli thank you for the sends sadly I can't watch the pps file as I don't have the programe any more :(

New moons eclipses and new years........

And with all this newness comes many ideas and thoughts to ponder upon.

You personally have the opportunity to start fresh and these eclipses will bring a higher percentage of creativity, more communication on the psychic planes of consciousness and in general, a lot of movement. There will be a lot of moving and changing and rearranging; energy becoming more fluid. So take some time to dream. As you are going off to sleep, get in the cleansing light, or any time during the day as well, allow it to flow up through the body consciously feeling it releasing other points of tension. Breathe it upward freely and then dream your future. We are going to begin with a beautiful cleansing light, coming up from the earth, flowing through the body very, very strongly. And it just rushes up like vibrant air, rushing up from the earth, flowing through the body and you might notice as well any tension in the body, maybe a sore muscle, too much thinking, whatever it is, too much tension in the body, also releasing upward as this energy rushes through the body. And if you want to you can sort of breathe, and bring the energy up from the earth, with your hands, cup into the earth and accelerate it, coming up through the body and then [EXHALE] out the top, continuing up like a big spotlight. And you just bathe yourself in this Cleansing Light. [DK]

Looking thru La Chispa a beautiful glossy *new age* magazine that comes out bi-mnthly - in English and Spanish, it is freely distributed throughout the region and hs some interesting reading and resources; BUT as always everyone offering their type of teaching and healing [not that I believe another can heal someone only help the process] is only for the wealthy - also putting a price on one's head puts a limit on the universe's part in all of this, all teaching's state that what we put out we will get back, good n bad LOL, self responsibility is one of the key notes of this new emerging collective awareness/consciousness, so again those that are seeking healing or teachings should be able to decide how much it is worth to them - and "gift" according to pocket and conscience, it was the way I dealt with giving out Essiac back in Scotland and it is a joy to experience the ebb n flow of energy......so where is all this going........and friends please add your tuppence worth....all opinions are valid and gratefully received........OK Del suddenly asked me why didn't *put myself out there* as a "life counsellor" ........ a pair of listening ears to those in need of some kind of guidance, no I don't have any bits of paper, just life experience and like most others full of ups n downs, now I feel as if I have enough experience and confidence to help others navigate some of the more hurtful downs that occur in our lives. Be it a terminal diagnosis [11years of success this March woo hoo], parental problems [mine ditched me in my early 30s saying I was no daughter of hers, very painful at the time], raised a couple of beauties LOL, OK so I am biased,, but they are both self sufficient, working and caring people, several dodgy relationships and a couple of marriages, all pretty average really.............

I INTEND THAT ALL MY INTENTIONS SERVE THE HIGHEST GOOD OF THE UNIVERSE MYSELF AND EVERYONE EVERY WHERE.[

This would be an opportune time to heal an old wound, to analyse a problem and come up with a solution or to put the past to bed. This will become even more relevant when the new moon joins this Mercury-Chiron connection. Think about what you want to change; what will lead you towards a brighter future? Is there anything you need to mend or heal before you can achieve that? It could be a situation that needs to be finally resolved, or it could be a mental attitude that has been blocking you. Sometimes we sabotage ourselves because we don't really feel deserving of the success or happiness that is on offer. Make sure this isn't you by analysing your patterns and motivations with ruthless honesty. If necessary, ask a close friend for an honest opinion since we rarely see our own shortcomings.[Overview for February 2008 - A Month of Surging Optimism ]

Natural selection's explanatory power is not just about life on this planet: it is the only theory so far suggested that could, even in principle, explain life on any planet. If life exists elsewhere in the universe - and my tentative bet is that it does - some version of evolution by natural selection will almost certainly turn out to underlie its existence. Darwin's theory works equally well no matter how strange and alien and weird that extraterrestrial life may be - and my tentative bet is that it will be weird beyond imagining. [Why Darwin Matters]

Zeitgeist

Zeitgeist - The Movie, 2007

Well worth watching so long as you put aside ALL preconceived ideas -
And you would like some TRUTH
Interesting and Informative!!!! If you come away still believing all the guff we are fed by
religions and politicians then I guess there is no hope for you.

Wishing everyone a Sizzling Solstice

Well we have had fire {remember the 4 cars burnt} now we have water - in the early hours of Friday morning 5 houses up by the small carpark cracked and started to subside with a BIG hole on the road, opinion is underground water, this mountain is full of it {there are several water plants to prove it}, now the road is impassable as great timbers are holding the houses up.......

Watched the first 2 parts of Enemies of Reason another of the Dawkins series, on one hand I totally agree with him on the money making aspect of it and yep there are many frauds out there, what I question is his naivety when it comes to the science world, there are many rotten apples in there as well, especially within the pharmaceutical companies as money/profit is their main objective. Also the fact that some things have yet to be scientifically proved and because they haven't doesn't mean that it aint a fact - and I gotta say the Kinseologist got him fair and square LOL.
I have a lot of respect for Richard Dawkins and I wish there were many more like him, but I cannot blindly believe him anymore than I can a religion, I can only rely on my experiences and experiments and what has worked {or not}
So my questions to Mr. D are why is it if inoculations are so good some folks have a very BAD reaction to them? I had a diphtheria jag as a baby and ended up being rushed to hospital choking to death it was then decreed that I already seemed to have enough anti whatevers and that inoculations were not for me, and so here I am 52 without any further jags, even managed a trip to Kenya when I was 12 and had no inoculations. Oh I have had a few "fights" with doctors who tell me what is right for me. This attitude of what is good for one is good for all is a load of bull and sharing or communicating if you prefer our personal experiences gives us wider choices and we will all opt for what we trust based on past experiences, that is obvious and if we trust and feel good about something then of course it do us good - the panacea effect is all that truly heals us, pills potions and energy healing just help us to get the right mental/emotional attitude for real healing, but you won't bake a cake without a good mix of ingredients LOL
Over 10 years ago I was diagnosed with terminal cancer - I refused all allopathic experiments and did my own - and just a couple of weeks ago I read that the majority of Doctors would refuse chemo..........common sense held me back why kill all the good guys just to maybe catch a couple of so called rogues and don't I hold with a peaceful belief system as do you Mr. D.......
So there are still as many questions as answers and there will continue to be Science isn't ALL perfect anymore than any other belief/philosophy we all need to keep an open mind and because something has yet to be scientifically "proved" doesn't mean it should be rubbished

Hello Everyone.

I need your help.
My daughter Liz Hague is missing. She is only 16 yrs old
Please help me.
This is what I do know.
Last I heard she had gone to Toronto with a guy nicknamed Styles, (Chris MacCracken is his name as the police informed me today). Or he goes by an alias Chris Cook.
I don't care about him, but I do care about my Daughter. I want her safe, preferably home, but if she won't come home at least maybe I can find out where she is, and that she IS safe.
And if you don't know anything, then all I ask is that you forward this email on to other people so that word gets out.
Please Help me find my daughter?
I have attached some photo's of her. One was taken at Christmas time, one taken in July of this year, and the other two she sent me.
She has blonde hair, which she might have died black as she wanted to before.
She is 5 feet 1 to 2 inches tall.
She is of a very tiny build and probably weighs no more than 110 lbs. But could have lost weight and might only weigh 90 lbs.
She has a Tattoo on her left calf which says DAKOTA.

If you have any information, you may contact me at tdaublec@hotmail.com or contact the Noelville or Sudbury OPP. 1-800-310-1122, or the Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-8477.
Thank you all for taking the time to read this email, and for forwarding it on. She is out there somewhere, Please Please help me find her.
Or if you know her and know where she is, and don't want to call the OPP, Crime Stoppers, or email me, then just tell her to contact her parents.
A loving and very worried Mother.

ACThe Vatican is doing its utmost to frustrate him, but the Spanish PM's reforms are marching on, and they're going to be taught in schools.

Those who are indifferent to, or sceptical about, the degree to which the churches still work to exercise political influence need only look at the unsubtle battle that the Catholic church is at this moment waging against the Spanish government.

Spain's prime minister Jose Luis Zapatero has instituted a bold reforming agenda in his country, diluting church-state ties, ending direct government subsidy to the church, introducing same-sex marriage, easing divorce laws, and encouraging greater participation and opportunities for women in Spain's society and economy. He has also openly condemned the fascist Franco regime and honoured those who resisted it, something that beforehand was regarded in his country as too contentious and divisive to attempt.

None of this pleases the Catholic church either in Spain itself or in the Vatican, showing by this (if iterated showing were needed) the reactionary, rightwing, backward colouration of church politics. In a deliberate and crude gesture of opposition to Zapatero, the Vatican has conducted its largest ever mass beatification, honouring 498 pro-Franco "victims of religious persecution" during the Spanish Civil War. Those victims were fascists and their church supporters, and included 7000 members of the Catholic clergy killed between 1931 and 1939 in an uprising against the staggering oppression by church and state that had kept the population poor, benighted, ignorant, trapped, exploited and suffering. Look at most Catholic countries until the 1960s and beyond, in South America or Ireland or Spain: the picture of the social, political and economic effects of Catholicism is in its essentials the same. Women enslaved to child-bearing, over-large families perpetuating ignorance and poverty, backward social policies and the iron grip of a clergy acting like the Stasi in controlling the minutiae of private lives through the confessional and the influence of fear - fear of hell, among other things. The small and in the end ineffectual "liberation theology" rebellion among some South American clergy was quashed by the church hierarchy, not interested in salvation for anyone in this life except for the church itself as an institution whose principal aim, like the politburo of the Chinese Communist party, is to stay in control at any cost.

The savagery of 1930s anticlericalism in Spain, with its deplorable murders and violence, is a mark of how bitterly the oppression was felt. Anticlericalism had been running strongly in Catholic Europe ever since the Inquisition and Counter-Reformation, when priests did the murdering, and Spain was not the only example of an anger-prompted murderous response to priestly oppression. Some might think that murder by priests is worse than murder of priests because priests are most particularly not supposed to murder, and if murdered (in the right circumstances, that is; not in bed with their mistresses or - more usually of late - choirboys) can claim martyrdom. But obviously murder by anyone of anyone is flatly wrong, and the Spanish revolution of the 1930s would have been better effected, per impossibile, without the mayhem. Anger towards the church explains but does not excuse the violence unleashed on it; from this perspective of history, the reason why the church provoked such violence is the significant point.

Typically, learning nothing from this history, the Catholic church is trying its same tricks again, though beatifying Franco fascists as a way of rousing opposition to Zapatero's liberal policies is an uncharacteristically crude way of doing it.

The immediate reason for the Church's action is that in Spain's schools this autumn new civics courses are beginning, explaining and discussing the Spanish constitution and the rights of the citizen. Because of what the constitution accords to gay people and women, the church is bitterly opposed to it, and to children knowing about it. The Catholic nun who is the church's liaison to the education ministry in Madrid told the press that the new civics course is "a frontal assault on the Catholic religion" and "part of a clear persecution...of the Catholic faith". One's response to her first complaint is "good," and to the second, "so: a bit of your own medicine; and salutary medicine at that - for everyone else".

The Catholic right in Spain, with Vatican assistance, is determined to recapture influence for the church and thereby to reverse the social gains that Spain has made under Zapatero's premiership. Their hopes are high; by law Catholicism is still taught in Spain's schools (though this has to be a target for Zapatero reforms too) and the church remains a large presence in the country and its life. So the battle lines are drawn, and one of the last major conflicts of the Counter-Reformation appears ready to be played out there, as if in a corrida between the future and the past, freedom and oppression, sanity and superstition - or, to put the matter more graphically perhaps, between matador Zapatero and a load of bull.

Astrology Stress Zones for November 2007 Pt.2 - Mars stimulating Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces

by Robert Wilkinson

Mars activates and accelerates the pace of events in our lives. People currently going through dynamic activity, a hectic fast-paced period, or having the hardest time the entire month of November are Aries, Cancers, Libras, and Capricorns born the first few days of April, July, October, and January. If you were born in these zones, focus on what constitutes responsible action, given these birth periods show more highly agitated energy than usual.............

Anticipating The Good - Anxiety About Change
When we find ourselves going through any kind of change in our lives, our natural response may be to tense up on the physical, mental, or emotional level. We may not even notice that we have braced ourselves against a shift until we recognize the anxiety, mood swings, or general worried feeling toward the unknown that usually results. There are positive ways to move through change without pushing it away, however, or attempting to deny that it is happening. Since change will occur in almost every aspect of our lives, we can learn to make our response to it an affirmative one of anticipation, welcoming the new while releasing the past with grace. One thing we can do is change our perspective by changing the labels we use to identify our feelings. We can reinterpret feelings of anxiety as the anxious butterflies that come with eager expectation. With this shift, we begin to look for the good that is on its way to us. Though we may only be able to imagine the possibilities, when we acknowledge that good is there for us to find, we focus our energy on joyful anticipation and bring it into our experience while allowing the feelings to carry us forward. We can also choose to do a ceremony to allow our emotions to process. Every culture has created ceremonies to help people make the transition from one phase of life to the next. We can always create a ceremony too, perhaps by burning written thoughts to watch the smoke carry them away, thereby releasing them, or we can welcome new endeavors by planting flowers or trees. Some ceremonial activities such as a farewell send-off or housewarming party, we may do automatically. Society also has built-in ceremonies, like graduation and weddings, which may satisfy the need we feel. Sometimes the shift from denial to acceptance is all that is needed to ease our anxiety, allowing us to bring our memories with us as we move through nervousness to joyful excitement about the good to come

Climate changes........

well we are certainly experiencing them here, the storm finally drifted into the distance in the early hours and we could get some sleep and this morning I have awoken to a *white out* - can't see the village as we are submerged in cloud and the rain is torrential - a very quiet village as the workers are having a lie in, no work today for those who work the land or are building.

We never did go to the free food on Sunday as we found out it was put on by the fascist party only, so we stayed at home and had another nice quiet day, Del phoned Sammy and I phoned Lau, so a family day. Voting is this Sunday, so I shall be giving mine to the new Independent party, who are going to work for the collective rather than a few individuals, well that is what they say, also they are the greenest, advocating renewable energy and helping agricultural work; there seems to be an awful lot of the Spanish who are backing this guy which is good, but some say the mayor will get back in as he now has a woman as his side kick, would be a shame as this guy is very much into lining his own pocket and was only stopped from reopening a quarry here a couple of years ago due to strong pressure, he has also told many folks that they would get planning permission for house building on the campo, knowing full well that the Junta of Andalucia is clamping down hard on new builds and then they come along and tell people to knock em down, the fascists don't really stanbd a chance I am glad to say, especially as they want to bring industry to the village - arggggggg, anyway we shall see what occurs.

While I am at it here is a big moan to the UK - Sammy sneaked her phone into hospital so she could text us a.s.a.p. apparently the reason folks can't take their phones into hospital in the UK is because of a deal set up between the national health board and one of the phone companies, I shall find out which to name and shame later, this deal says the hospitals ban the use of personal phones so that folks have to use this company who charge something like 80p per min to phone in and 60 to phone out, work it out, it is just such a scam and taking advantage of very vulnerable people, makes my blood boil......oops we keep getting power cuts and surges, thanks be to our cpu units.......

Back again, had to reboot as that was quite a long cut out
I received this in an email from a friend this morning and thought I would share - I have never had a mammogram and never intend to, much to the horror of the ladies of my age - who all went along for one a few months ago, I was the only one who didn't, I believe that traumatising the body in any way and yep this is a traumatic experience for the body, is detrimental and can cause more problems than actually help, this story just adds more fuel to my fire and funnily enough someone was advising me the other day to try hrt, they think I am mad because I said no way josé, I said no for the cruelty reasons but I see from this article that there are other reasons for giving it a body swerve, anyway I have gone back to taking sulphurC, which does the job without any nasties

Breast Cancer Awareness Month Story

By Sherrill Sellman

Every October since 1985, the recognizable symbol of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, pink ribbons, are displayed on TV, poster and magazine advertisements as well as proudly adorn women's lapels. The multitudes of runs, hikes, walks and other fundraising events raise hundred of millions of dollars to conquer that dreaded scourge of the modern woman, breast cancer. High-profile companies like Avon, Lee Denim and Revlon have joined ranks along with the Susan G. Komen Foundation's "Race for the Cure" and the L.A. City of Hope Hospital's "Walk for Hope." Popular celebrities lead the charge.

Each year 180,000 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer and 44,000 will die of the disease. The U.S. has one of the highest breast cancer rates in the world. Fifty years ago the incidence for a woman's life-time risk was one in 20. Now it has skyrocketed to one in eight. Clearly the so-called war on cancer has not even made a dent in to the breast cancer epidemic as the rates continue to climb at the rate of 1 percent a year.

The motto of Breast Cancer Awareness Month is "Early Detection is Your Best Protection." The National Cancer Institute stated in 1995 that "Breast cancer is simply not a preventable disease." This tune was reiterated in 1997 by the American Cancer Society's announcement that "there are no practical ways to prevent breast cancer -- only early detection." [1] So mammograms are the front line of defence. Celebrities like Rosie O'Donnell offer free t-shirts with the honorable words "I've been Squished" if you'll just make a date with your local x-ray department.

So let's all join in and wave our pink ribbons and don those running shows and take to the roads, right? Before you get swept up by the emotional frenzy of this call to arms, there is something you must know.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month's primary sponsor and the mastermind of the event in 1985 was Zeneca Pharmaceuticals, now known as AstraZeneca. Zeneca is the company that manufactures the controversial and widely prescribed breast cancer drug, tamoxifen. All TV, radio and print media are paid for and must be approved by AstraZeneca.

It is less known that Zeneca also makes herbicides and fungicides. One of their products, the organochlorine pesticide acetochlor, is implicated as a causal factor in breast cancer. Its Perry, Ohio chemical plant is the third largest source of potential cancer-causing pollution in the U.S., spewing 53,000 pounds of recognized carcinogens into the air in 1996. [2]

When it comes to the environmental carcinogens found in pesticides, herbicides, plastics and other toxic chemicals, there is booming silence by all Breast Cancer Awareness Month programs. Did the alarming increase of breast cancer rates just mysteriously happen? Or perhaps, the focus on the cure has conveniently ignored the cause? After all, it wouldn't really be good PR for Zeneca to have it known that their chemical products directly contribute to the breast cancer epidemic.

Many experts predicted as far back as 30 years ago that cancer rates would increase citing an explosion of synthetic chemicals. From 1940 through the early 1980s production of synthetic chemicals increased by a factor of 350. Billions of tons of substances that never exited before were released into the environment. Yet only 3 percent of the 75,000 chemicals in use have been tested for safety. [3] These toxic time bombs are everywhere -- in our water, air and food. They are also found in the workplace, in schools, in household cleaners, cosmetics and personal care products. Women who live near toxic waste dumps have 6.5 times the incidence of breast cancer.

A survey conducted by Dr. Mary Wolff of Mt. Sinai Hospital, New York found that women with breast cancer had four times the levels of DDE found in non-carcinogenic tumors. [4] Also, another study investigating why upper-class women in the community of Newton, Massachusetts had higher breast cancer rates than the lower economic women. [5] The researchers attributed the increase to greater use of professional lawn care service and more dry cleaning.

The pesticide/breast cancer link was stunningly highlighted in research from Israel, which linked three organochlorine pesticides detected in dairy products to an increase of 12 types of cancer in 10 different strains of mice. After public outcry in 1978 forced the Israeli government to ban the pesticides benzene hexachloride, DDT, and lindane, breast cancer mortality rates, which had increased every year for 25 years, dropped nearly 8 percent for all age groups and more than a third for women ages 25-34 in 1986. [6]

The American Cancer Society was founded with the support of the Rockefeller family in 1913. Members of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry have long had a place on its board. Could that have something to do with the fact that the American Cancer Society's latest report on cancer prevention makes no mention of environmental factors?

Perhaps we can forgive Zeneca's involvement with carcinogenic chemicals, since it researched and patented the most popular breast cancer treatment, Tamoxifen, grossing $500 million annually. Perhaps not. On May 16, 2000 the New York Times reported that the National Institute for Environmental Health Sciences listed substances that are known to cause cancer. Tamoxifen was included in that list!! [7]

It is known that tamoxifen causes uterine cancer, liver cancer and gastrointestinal cancer. After just two to three years of use, tamoxifen will increase the incidence of uterine cancer by two to three times. The treatment for uterine cancer is a hysterectomy. In addition, tamoxifen increased the risk of strokes, blood clots, eye damage, menopausal symptoms, and depression.

The biggest shock of all is the fact that tamoxifen will increase the risk of breast cancer! The journal Science published a study from Duke Universtiy Medical Center in 1999 showing that after 2-5 years, tamoxifen actually initiated the growth of breast cancer!

So, Zeneca, the originator of Breast Cancer Awareness Month is the manufacturer of carcinogenic petrochemicals, carcinogenic pollutants and a breast cancer drug that causes at least four different types of cancer in women, including breast cancer. Is something wrong with this picture?

Since the Breast Cancer Awareness Month spin doctors claim that breast cancer is "simply not a preventable disease," the focus has shifted to the theme of early detection. Women are now encouraged to get their early mammogram. At one time, only women 50 years or older were told to get this screening. Now the campaign is targeting 40-year-olds and even women as young as 25. However, detecting breast cancer with mammography is not the same as a protection from breast cancer.

Questions are being raised about the validity of mammograms. A mammogram is an x-ray. The only acknowledged cause of cancer by the American Cancer Society is from radiation. When it comes to radiation, there is no safe level of exposure.

"There is clear evidence that the breast, particularly in premenopausal women, is highly sensitive to radiation, with estimates of increased risk of up to one percent for every RAD (radiation absorbed dose) unit of x-ray exposure. Even for low dosage exposure of two RADs or less, this exposure can add up quickly for women having an annual mammography," notes Samuel Epstein, M.D., professor of occupational and environmental medicine at the University of Illinois School of Public Health. "More recent concern comes from evidence that one percent of women, or over one million women in the United States alone, carry a gene that increases their breast cancer risk from radiation fourfold." [8]

In addition, mammography provides false tumor reports between 5 and 15 percent of the time. False positive results cause women to be re-exposed to additional x-rays and create an environment of further stress, even possibly leading to unneeded surgery.

"Furthermore," says Dr. Epstein, "while there is a general consensus that mammography improves early cancer detection and survival in post-menopausal women, no such benefit is demonstrable for younger women." Still, the American Cancer Society recommends annual or biannual mammography for all women ages 40 to 55 or earlier.

"Mammograms increase the risk for developing breast cancer and raise the risk of spreading or metastasizing an existing growth," says Dr. Charles B. Simone, a former clinical associate in immunology and pharmacology at the National Cancer Institute. Safer and even more effective diagnostic techniques like infrared thermography have been vigorously attacked by the Breast Cancer Awareness organizations. [9]

It is also noteworthy to point out that General Electric, a major polluter in PCBs in the Hudson River, N.Y., manufactures mammography machines.

So all the hullabaloo that comes each October, enlisting women's support and hard-earned cash does nothing to really eliminate the cause of this devastating disease. Instead, women's heart-felt desires and good intentions to find the cause and cure are usurped by the hidden agendas of major transnational corporations pushing their toxic drug treatments and diagnostic tools that actually create even more breast cancer. Is it really profitable to find safe, non-toxic cures and screening methods?

Women can make the difference in eliminating breast cancer. The breast cancer epidemic is not some great mystery. The causes of cancer are already known. Toxic diets, toxic lifestyles, toxic environments, toxic drug treatments and toxic diagnostic techniques cause cancer. Corporations are only interested in increasing their profits and ensuring their tentacles of control not in actual solutions. When it comes to Breast Cancer Awareness Month, women must invest their time and money into other projects, initiatives and treatments that will truly create change.

Some of the most immediate steps women can take toward creating a preventative program include:

  • Eating as many organic foods as possible. They are not only free of harmful chemicals but also have much greater nutritional value.

  • Eliminate all commercial household cleaning products and toxic garden pesticides -- replace with safe, organic and biodegradable brands.

  • Drink pure, filtered water.

  • Refuse steroid hormone treatments such as HRT and The Pill -- these are known to initiate and promote breast cancer.

  • Seek out the many natural approaches to regain hormonal balance.

  • Detoxify the body and reduce stress.

  • Investigate safe screening techniques such as thermography, especially if you are premenopausal.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is indeed a powerful time to educate, awaken and empower women to the real causes, preventative measures and truly effective cures for breast cancer. But, let's not be duped or compromised in the process.

Gifts From The Universe
Accepting Your Family

Families can contain a fascinating grouping of personalities. Despite the potential
for so many to have similar traits, there are many different ways to express them.
As people marry into families and have children, even more personalities enter the
picture. There may be some people that we would not choose to be related to, but
that's what friends are for.

If we trust in a universe that has a higher purpose for everything, then we must
believe that family members are in our lives for a good reason. These reasons may be
easy to see and appreciate with some, but others may offer us a challenge. With
those, we can look for something we can learn or perhaps teach. In the modern world
where everyone seeks to be individuals, many move far away from their families in an
attempt to escape them. But when we've successfully built a world around us that
requires no one's help, our families are the people who are still attached to us. We
can still choose whether or not to honor the family ties, and how to treat each
other, but the fact remains that we are energetically tied to our families.

Our families help us see where we have come from so that we may more clearly decide
where we'd like to go. If we can learn to accept our families for who they are, then
we go out into the world armed with the ability to deal with anyone. Some families
are better than others at preparing us for the world. What we learn from our
families, even if they are simply blank spots on our family trees, becomes the basis
of our identities as individuals. Rather than denying our connections, we can choose
to accept their presence in our lives. Acceptance does not mean we have to like
them; we simply acknowledge that we are connected to them and honor that connection
for like it or not, there is a reason. When we can embrace all that they bring into
our experience, we may be grateful for all we have learned from them and have to
learn, while we experience everything that comes with family fully and completely.

Day Trip.....

Have now recovered from our trip up to the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas on Friday when we took Dorian, Amanda's son, to finalize the buying of a property; it was my first trip up this way and it is certainly different - from the Province de Malaga to Province Granada, the only real bug bear up here is the intensive growing and sadly they use far too many chemicals, never buy fruit and veg in supermarkets in Spain as it all comes from this area as does much of the stuff sold back in UK supermarkets, bt leaving that aside it is a stunningly beautiful spot; north of Motril there main town is Albunol and the little village is Albondon, the Al means they Moorish in origin. Dorian has bought a place which is part of a Cortijo, a small group pf houses, his is part cave and full of treasures and character, the views are stunning in one direction you have the snow on the Sierra Nevavda and in tother you have the sea, a lot of ear popping on the steep drive4 up from the coast; one neighbour who once worked for IBM and lived in the US for a while spoke good English, he invited us in to sample his home made natural wine, very goo and very potent!!!!! Then another neighbour asked us to join them, more home made wine and much food , so having arrived at 1.30 to have a look at the place and then planning to go for something to eat in the village, we finally left at around 7, I slept all the way home LOL and yesterday I have to admit to not feeling my best, hey ho
Today the political parties of Casarabonela are laying on free food in the Plaza Buena Vista, not being one to turn down free food we shall no doubt wander up and see what is going on
