Lots of stuff :)

So now September is with us and the temperatures have cooled down with a cooling breeze, bliss :) The cultural week has come to a close and in 2 weeks the kids will be back at school and the piscina will close.
Amanda Julio and Isolde came over for a meal on Sat - Julio has a new song he wants to record so he & Del started with the guitar and then Isolde played the fiddle for D to record - she is an absolutely delightful young woman and I hope she will be back again sooner rather than later, when they had finished recording we all headed up to the plaza to see the Flamenco - mostly children but very cute and a nice evening for Isolde who was flying back to Ireland yesterday.
Mike and Nyna - [hospitality club] arrived yesterday early evening having driven down from Granada, Mike is from London and works in environment issues [just like Lau] and Nyna a beautiful fun lady from Brazil, so we ended up going out again first to Lorenzo's for some tapas and a glass of good rioja then up to Bar Nuevo just to sit and enjoy the night and talk - Mike is very well traveled and both have many interesting tales to tell including their wedding in Brazil last year.

......the Moringa oleifera, the Horseradish Tree, known by many other names, including the Drumstick Tree, the Ben Oil tree, and Mother’s Best Friend. This is so fascinating just had to share - definitely would like to grow this little honey :) Apart from all it's incredible health properties I would love to try and make the dye - thanks Val for such an interesting and well researched subject - I know Eli will like this :)

"Coincidences" - this weekend I get an email from the gorgeous gay jay who has moved onto MySpace - we haven't heard from him for quite a while - then Del says an old friend had contacted him, they had been in the same band while still at school - now that is going back a fair while LOL - thing is D had been wondering about him a couple of days earlier and again it was through MySpace

"Took a trip to the quarry on the other mountain yesterday. At the big one we tried to get a video but it was so dusty the lens covered ,There was no wind and no one working. We found traces of dust as seen on the roads up to the main Coin Mijas road about 1.5 km. I think the traffic speeding past moves it into the verge

The trees close are dead and the rest are sick .It is even on the power lines. You feel dirty after half and hour there and even the kids say they could taste it

The rain has descended this morning and we are in white out the cloud is no longer above us but upon us but is good and as I went up to La Era yesterday and although it was spitting when we set off the sun came out after an hour and I was able to get the big blankets out on the line to dry off while waiting got all the linen ironed, it became a very meditative experience, imagining light and love radiating forth into the collective like the steam hissing forth from the iron, another first, enjoying ironing :) It seems Cecil{the Citroen}is in need of some TLC as he was making very strange knocking noises as we drove up to La Era, so he is now off the road until seen to, although D says he could nurse him up to L E a couple more times if needs be, but wouldn't risk going on the fast roads. I'll have to see if Zoe is going down to Malaga one day next week and cadge a lift to go see Pablo as I have a couple of blisters, so some paring down of the new gnashers is required.
Watched Atonement tother night mmmmmm I like S.B.s books but wasn't that impressed with the film and not sure why everyone raving bout Keiren Knightly, my thoughts were how can such a beautiful young woman allow herself to become so gaunt. The film I really did enjoy was Away from her with Julie Christy, a real tear jerker in places but still a beautiful film of unconditional love and well worth seeing {and for those asking themselves how I watch well I can't rent anymore due to the encryptions put into all new films stopping me from watching them on my pc, just in case I copy them as if I could be bothered, I own neither a TV nor a dvd player the nearest movie house is 45mins away and would have to use car, so go figure :)}
Hey Sa got 5k of juicing oranges for 2€ wish I could send some over to you and strawberry season has kicked in as have the killer caterpillars, well for dogs, these caterpillars are only to be found in pine forests, so no threat here in the village but no woodland walkies for Squidge for the next couple of months - weel tis time for me to dig out the brolly and venture forth for a few weekend provisions......

Letting go.......

So much of what I have been sharing has been about the changing energies and how we must follow our inner "guidance" and be prepared to view life in a different way. Letting go of attachments be they people or things Casarabonela has certainly seen it's fair share of folks detaching themselves from the partner they arrived with and always at the instigation of the women........mmmmmm......the latest couple to part ways was certainly a shock as they always appeared to be such a "tight" family, from my observation point I confess to feeling a little sad at how these women went about changing their lives, not in the most open and honest way it has to be said and what effect this dishonesty effect the children involved. Well none of us can ever truly know what goes on within a relationship so I am making no judgments, merely observations........I am also proud of the fact that I was the last to know - well apart from the poor dude who came back from the UK and found another in his place, seems the Oasis is buzzing with it all - nothing like a juicy piece of gossip to take their minds off their own unhappinesses, another reason to avoid such places and just keep on directing the light their way........they are all being effected by what is happening to our world and they all have their own demons to wrestle with, they for the most part are just plain unaware of it, certainly plenty of scope for counsiling, but I honestly don't think they are ready YET...........

As we continue advancing into higher vibrating energies, it is vitally important not to listen to the negative inner voice that comes up with reasons why you can’t do what you want to do. Banish that voice! It is a lie, and it is also an empty, old habit. It is time to let it go.

We are growing into Oneness. This means that we are collaborating consciously on our reality. It is no longer about competition – you fellow lightworkers are not in competition with one another, doing your work of teaching, sharing information and healing. It is now about cooperation. It is about knowing that you are working together – walking similar paths that are in alignment and advancing towards the Center. So walk the path of light, love and truth… share your wisdom, learn from each other, support each other when the going gets tough.

And… listen to the children, for they carry much wisdom, truth and inner knowing… [soul transitions]

Think of this: Energy doesn’t need words, eyes, or ears to be real or effective. You don’t have to see these doubts, sorrows, poverty, or fears for them to be real. You don’t have to hear or speak them for them to come in and nest inside of you. But you do, however, tend to speak, see, and hear them once they are a part of you. You can be sitting all alone on the side of a mountain and without even consciously knowing it, allow the energy of these lower human beliefs to enter and take root. They cruise around looking for validation and will gladly be validated within you should you allow it. They’re just energy.It’s easy…oh so easy to get caught up in what’s happening with our emotions and the emotions of others, but we must remember that whether these emotions and feelings are inside or outside of us, they are not real, not ours, and are but a shadow of what we used to be.

We don’t have to validate or make them real any longer if we don’t want to. But they will come up, act like they’re ours, and then if not loved, felt, honored, and balanced, will become ours again because that’s what they do.[new shoes]

4 days into new moon - the sun shines today and I spend much time absorbing the warmth/love & using my imagination to creating a healthy wealthy n wise future - this is one of those extra special years for everyone - so much of what I have "felt" over the past few months has come to pass - facing fears, entering non comfort zones - loving the "unlovable" - realising and releasing my perception of my unlovableness - seeing alis instead of enemies in my ego - remember gratitude and thankfulness
Flow with the river

Radiate light as the fire
Radiate warmth as deep within the earth
Where nurture is first given to the seed

Sunday - sunshine - mists in the valleys - beautiful - brings sense of peace to being - dental experience taught - is teaching to be in the moment - breathing more energy into the observer - running commentary - frequent - gentling the critical eye - loving the ego - mind runs hither n thither like headless chicken - hear this moment - hear - cockerel crowing, barking dogs, murmur of neighbours conversing - songbirds - see the moment - see - sun - mist jet streams - wood smoke - greens - blues - budding almond blossom - houses nestled in the mountain bathed in sunlight - smell - olive wood burning wafting on a breeze of fresh n clean air - feel - completeness
let my emotions be as a clear flowing river, clean & pure, cleansing and feeding
let my thoughts bend with the breeze that scatters some seed
let me be as the candle that burns in the window - a welcoming light
to any in need of nurture which is found as deep within the self as within the earth - the light of the fire will penetrate the soil's surface and the seed will re-act pushing upwards toward the light and yet firm its foundations/roots in the inner being/earth

15th Tuesday
Yesterday went u to La Era with Isabel to strip beds after their stay and start prepping for our w/e - torrential rain made the drive up a bit scary as due to many wagons going up and down to the old folks home that is being built the track was pure mud, anyway Isabel got us up and deserved a gold star, we came back down by another track though. Eventually the rain stopped and out came the sun alond with many little yellow wild flowers
Peace n Release seems to be my phrase of the week
Woke to Saturn beaming brightly in the pre dawn sky - flash of light - many stars - clear n cold - sun rises mistily - gentle breeze - there is a little bird that lives here all year round bigger than a sparrow but smaller than a blackbird, dull blackish in colour, but boy oh boy can this lil fella sing and many different tunes too - they will all gather on the roof tops singing to the rising sun, the click like dolphins - whistle - chirrup - trill n warble - one has come to give me a solo performance this morning - my jaws are aching from the broad grin on my face

Now it is Sunday again 20th
It is a good job that original dental appointment went awol - as it turned out the upper plate didn't fit so good so had to hang around till late afternoon for it to be remade - long day - now I am dealing with the aftermath of swollen face and a fair bit of pain as everything settles down and my body accepts these intruders LOL - I am very grateful that the weather has gone through a change and has been warm n sunny since so I have just been healing in the sun, I am taking pain killers although limiting myself to 2 a day, not something I am used to and I am not to keen on the side effects, lack of energy etc and normally I won't take them as pain is to tell us to take care, after my hysterectomy {shit nearly 20 years ago now} I refused them after the 2nd day as it was best to gauge on a day to day basis what I could or could not do, if I had taken the PK I would have been lifting coal buckets and stuff and probably landed myself back in hospital, but this time I need to persevere so that everything will ultimately fit nicely into place.
Anyway back again on Tuesday for a check
Another day of in the sun - drinking what seems like litres of hot water and lemon, with a diet of yogurt, pureed veggies, weetabix/porridge and eggs
As always many good articles to inspire and give "explanations" to what many are experiencing now - I know my "read thru" every morning helps me keep things in perspective and re-affirm my intentions

LIVE POSITIVELY……try to find something of Joy to celebrate in each and every day. No matter how difficult life may seem….it is still a manifestation of the Love of Source. Look to see where you have created old patterns that no longer serve you and your growth, and see how you might create new ones that will bring you Joy.

LIVE WITH GRACE AND GRATITUDE : Make a point of being grateful for the blessings that you receive every day. Even the great changes are an indication of blessings to come. Your I AM will respond positively if you express gratitude for the blessings of life itself, as well as for the things that sustain your life. Don’t take these for granted, they are great blessings from Source. When you move beyond dissatisfaction for what you don’t have and into gratitude for what you do have, then you are expressing your true inner Divine Light.

SEE THE LOVE IN EVERYTHING……Begin to understand that everything is an expression of Love in some way, because everything is created through and from the Unconditional Love of Source. This may initially be difficult, until you understand that the ultimate gift of Love that we have…..Free Choice. We do indeed choose what we will experience, and we can keep make new choices all the time that can change the path of our experience.

GIVE LOVE…..make an effort to move beyond self-absorption with your own problems as you see them, and be willing to give love to those who need your strength and light. Being willing to Flow the Radiant energy of unconditional love to others will also help you to find the balance more easily, for love is meant to be shared with others. You can be sure that as much as you give out….so it will return to you!

SEEK BALANCE IN ALL THINGS….yes the mantra for this period must surely be …balance…balance….balance…..The more balanced your life and body, the more you will be able to experience the Fifth-dimensional integration of Spirit and Body with Joy. You are indeed aligning Heaven and Earth within your own body.

improvements, wolfman n more

mmmmm felt really quite low past 2 days, mentally emotionally and physically, a definite improvement this morning, so I put it down, partly, to the valium, nasty stuff and also the realisation of how I am affected when Del is unwell, so I just curled up with an eye-candy book and read the whole day. The forecast had said sun, but after a brief shining in the morning it soon became overcast and eventually rained, today as I write the sun is shining higher and brighter and after everything I have read this morning I have plenty to contemplate and so much nicer to sit in the sun and ponder
I have another dental appointment now for next Wed, so what with helping Isabel up at La Era on Monday I will be kept occupied :)
Sadly Roma didn't make it over as she has hurt her ankle playing tennis and this is no village for those who find walking difficult.

The great sages have always pointed to the importance of this inner knowing, advising against believing their words as the truth unquestioningly. The Buddha gave this advice 2500 years ago already:

Do not believe what you have heard.

Do not believe in anything that has been spoken of many times.

Do not believe because the written statements come from some old sage.

Do not believe in conjecture.

Do not believe in authority or teachers or elders.

But after careful observation and analysis, when it agrees with reason and it will benefit one and all, then accept it and live by it.

Pluto has a tendency to confront us with our own shadow and that isn’t always pleasant. We often prefer to point the finger of blame at others; always the darkness is out there, not in us. And so, the British and American people have found themselves at the mercy of a small but powerful (Pluto) group pf people with opposing religious views and values who have allowed their anger to manifest in a most destructive fashion. Perhaps the mighty West needs to release its powerful hold on the weaker countries, to reduce its influence and allow wealth and power to be more evenly disrupted. And if there is anyone out there who still holds a virtuous view of politicians they may be in for a rude awakening as Capricorn governs politics and Pluto’s next move is to reveal the corruption that is at the heart of our political structures.

For many years I studied the books of A.A.Bailey and they were of great influence then I began to feel that much of what was written had too much of a ""victorian" slant, well anything channelled will have the mark of the channeller showing through it can't really be helped and so i drifted away, now I realise I had to leave it all behind and go out and put what I had learned into practice, walk my talk, but my love of DK remained and many of the wise words stuck now I find myself reconnected with the Master DK and if I was feeling good before now I am well yes blissed and blessed :)

The Human Condition

Each one of you has a condition you are dealing with that has caused you great difficulties throughout your entire stay on this planet. It is a challenge for every one of you to see yourselves the way you really are. That is because of a deeply embedded belief system that each and every one of you carries. It was necessary to carry from the very beginning of the connection because it was the part that activated everything for you. But you have a strong case of what we call the human condition. The human condition is a very serious ailment of the spirit.

When a spirit enters a bubble of biology and activates a veil to keep them from re-membering, they still have memories of Home. Over time, if these memories are not reinforced, the memories fade to the back of consciousness. Sometimes they are only left in the cellular memories which are your souls imprint on the physical body. It is at this point that a soul starts to actually believe that they are a human. This is a serious ailment of the soul that we call the human condition.

That is what you are dealing with everyday. Everywhere you look in your daily life there are people who all try to get you to buy into the human condition so that you can be like them. People walking around truly believing that they are the human body they inhabit has caused more difficulties for humanity in general than you could ever imagine. That is beginning to change. The Re-wire of Humanity is underway and the evolution will soon have all of humanity seeing from a different perspective. That perspective is the basis of your understanding as a Lightworker. Now you are looking at people who are beginning to see themselves the way they truly are, instead of the way they believe themselves to be. It is so hard for you to take off your wings and to put on the physical bubbles of biology and pretend to be a human. You devised a veil which is incredibly powerful and works very we ll.

Physical Adjustments

The physical bubble of biology is now adapting to the new you. There are several events taking place simultaneously. Firstly you are evolving the physical body much more than you know, it will start to show soon. Your physical being is starting to take on new attributes to allow more light to come through your body and that is something that was never expected on this planet. That was never expected in this game. It was never thought that the children coming in could carry the magic that would help you re-member your own and yet it is beginning to happen. It was never thought that you could stand as a human being and let all of your light through your physical body. Why? Because the first thing that happens is you start attracting attention, you go back into your human condition thinking that you are a human and everyone is looking at you. Then you shut it down in order to fit in. When the veil s tarts to thin you get scared and revert to your old belief systems. You revert to the energy of who you were and belief systems that supported you at that time. In effect, you revert back into the human condition.

Secondly, even the physical body is beginning to adapt to make it possible to have a new vision of yourself. For that to happen, it is going to be important for you to stop looking on the outside of yourself for your reflection. That is a natural effect of the human condition. You cannot see your own light internally. Even if you look in the mirror, you always see the negative. Have you noticed that your attention immediately goes to things you think are wrong, not what you think is right? So every time you look in the mirror, your attention goes to your imperfections. That mirror immediately attracts your problems or what you see as your challenges. That is due to the amount of light that you carry. yet it is only a slight shift in perception. It is only a slight difference in how you look to start seeing yourself from the inside out rather than the outside in. It takes p ractice. As you evolve you will define yourself by the amount of light that you carry. It is not easy at first for you are so accustomed to define yourself by your belief systems. It is changing.

Beliefs about Being Human

Part of your evolution as humans is to experience multidimensionality. This will eventually give you the broadest view possible as you evolve. Multidimensional vision will give you incredible options and your lives will become powerful and streamlined. You are moving into an area of multidimensionality daily. You are going to find out much more about your true existence on this planet as human beings, as spirits pretending to be human than you ever thought possible within the next 12 years. You will start understanding how the fabric of the universe is woven together and how to utilize it. Then you will understand how energy weaves together to form matter. You will understand how your thoughts create matter every moment of every day by interacting with this fabric.. You will understand more of your true, creative gifts of creation, of every thought sending out a vibration that takes the fabric of the univers e and weaves it together to make something magical. In order to do that, the first thing that has to be reevaluated is your beliefs about your beliefs. As a cure, as a temporary situation, as a possibility of stepping out of the human condition, start looking at your beliefs about beliefs for that covers it all. In the days directly ahead those who are willing to release and broaden old belief systems will have a huge head start on the entire evolutionary ascension process ahead of you.

Integration

We have spoken about the timeline and the illusion of the timeline. You see everything as past, present and future. The left part of your brain does nothing more than to mark time and put everything you experience into little boxes. This is what it has been bread to do within a field of duality. It was quite useful in duality as it categorized and equated everything. It thinks. Of course now you are moving out of duality and that is one of the reasons for the re-wire of the physical body. All of these changes will lead you eventually to a more fluid way of categorizing and studying yourself. Rigid boxes will no longer work as the way you see life and yourself

When you let that part of your life rule who you are and what you are doing, you start to carry belief systems about what that is. Humans are creatures of habit. Even your souls are creatures of habit as you have a tendency to choose the same things over and over again even between lifetimes. In reality, many of the belief systems you carry today may have been with you for several lifetimes.

When you start to understand how it works, you can see right from the beginning what your beliefs are. Eventually your true motivations are ever present in every decision. When you can see that clearly and remember your motivations you can make a conscious choice. If you have forgotten you true motivation you are likely running on a belief system that may get very small in the near future. When you walk consciously on your path you begin to carry more light within. These are the times in life when you are on purpose and feel it. Many of your life decisions now are made out of habit or belief systems. The key to evolution is not in eliminating belief systems but in expanding the box to a more fluid and much larger container in which you can see yourself.

Many of you are finding your beliefs beginning to change. You are starting to shift the energy of what you are truly working with and how it works. When you start to really evaluate that process, when you start to truly evaluate who you are on the inside, everything starts to change on the outside. Now, more than ever before, you will see people change in very big ways.

Universal Energy Field

The first of three tools we will offer you is the Universal Energy Field. You have a magnetic field around your body that connects you to the Universal Energy. The Universal Energy is based in love but it is a connection that goes in between one heart and another and stitches all the hearts together. In other words, everything that you have felt in your lifetime, others have felt. Every emotion that you have ever felt is felt by several others at the same moment. It goes between everybody as a huge ripple of energy goes out from the source of creation. When you have a belief system, it is a predetermination of the way that energy will return. With belief systems the energy you send out is predetermined to return in a certain manner. In effect you are limiting your own spirit in your creations.

Even some of your most used methods about using the laws of creation as they have used within duality will change as humans move into a field of Triality. Then you will have a much wider view and be able to see how the energy is stitched together and how to use it much more effectively. Your conscious use of the Universal Energy Field will become second nature to each of you. Upon mastery of it you will manifest as you sleep and it may seem at first that the wind is magically at your back all of the time. This is a part of Home that you have missed the most, so you create it first. At first this will seem like a new sense that humans will suddenly develop. Like the other senses you will use it to interact with the world around you and reflect your light. When you use this new sense in your life you can see the miscommunications that belief systems can create. It is a part of you that is tot ally automatic and goes without thinking. It becomes an automatic reaction to an external stimuli setting up a vibration within the Universal Field that precedes you before you walk into a room, start a project, begin a relationship or pick up the phone. You could say that it creates your world just before you get there. Learning how to use it will be the subject of many books to come but it will very quickly become integrated into the new humanity.

Who do You Think You Are?

The first belief that most humans have who are dealing with the human condition is that they need their belief systems. Belief Systems are ways of defining life by finding connecting threads that run through a set of truths that you have collected. In the early days, belief systems helped you define God. They helped to define who you were and to find your energy as a creator. Here your reality was built with the blueprint of what you thought of yourself. It worked very well in duality but as you are moving into Triality this is beginning to be restrictive. Things react differently because you are different. Your field is different and the energy around you and everything you interact with is different because you have moved. With that move have come opportunities for you to look at the very core belief systems of who you are.

Tool number one in dealing with the human condition is to look on the inside about which belief systems serve you, which ones limit you. Then reevaluate each one as you become more flexible in all of your belief systems. You will easily grasp higher truths when your belief systems no longer limit you. Humans are under the impression there is only one central truth everywhere. We tell you there is not one truth because it is not about any destination. Finding truth is a journey not a destination and that is one core belief system that will need to stretch greatly in the near future. Experiencing the journey of finding your own spirit reflected in the world around you is why you are here.

The Re-Wire

The physical re-wire of all humanity has already begun. It will stretch out over several years, but the new synaptic pathways and the new ways that your brain will be communicating will start to close the gap between the two sides of the brain that have created the veil. There is one side of the brain that is infinite and one side of the brain that is finite, and one side of the brain has the human condition and one side of the brain deals only with your spirit that knows its identity. We can tell you that there has been a purposeful division that is now beginning to integrate.

That was done through the two halves of the brain. The two halves are now starting to grow back together via the new synaptic pathways that are now forming. This will be noticed by your medical scientists in only ten to twenty years and that is huge for the advancement of humanity because it began only recently. This entire re-wire is starting to go throughout all humanity which is starting to see things differently. That ignites part of the spirit in the physical body and that ignites what we call the sexual energy in the physical body because the life-force energy that can now come through you and let you carry more of the light energy in your physical being. It lets you exude more light, connect to your own Universal Field and be on purpose.

This lifestyle must begin as a daily choice, for if you leave it up to the default, you will go back to your old belief systems and those things that are entrenched in your experience. So choose, every day, to be on purpose. Choose, every day, to evaluate your belief systems and your true motivations for doing things. Especially examine your reactions to things that oppose your belief systems. There are many times when you do not wish to look at your motivations because you have judgments about yourself or you think this motivation is not good enough. I should be saving the world instead of making myself happy. I should be doing something to end world hunger rather than buy myself chocolate. We tell you that you are looking at this from within duality. The entire word "should" will have a new meaning as you experience Triality. In order to give joy to all of humanity, the first thing you must experience is joy within you. The first thing you must do is start to choose things that feed you completely because that is when you set up your energy field outside of you. That is when your whole world starts to change. That is when people come into your life that are full of energy, full of life, full of expression and full of light. As you start to see your light reflected off that, you get excited about the possibilities and a whole new part of your life starts. That is the awakening that is taking place on this planet right now. That is the answer to the human condition that you are starting to relieve yourselves from.

This is Not a Drill

We must tell you something very important. This, dear ones, is not a drill. The time for practice is over. You have some very important decisions you will be making collectively about your advancement over the next two years. You are evolving at an astounding rate. You are moving so fast that it has caused revisions of your own 'divine plan.' That is incredibly beautiful and yet, it is time for your actions to match your new vibration. Do not let this pass you by for it is an opportunity of great magnitude. Do not wait for the collective vibration to hit a trigger point where you see it in everybody. Lightworkers have chosen to be here to shine light where it is needed are being called to action today. Your light is needed now more than ever before. But the first part is getting comfortable with your own light as it shines through your physical being, as it exudes from you. We hope yo u experience it and allow it to ignite your field full of life.

You ask, "How can I do that? I have been in my job for years and they do not understand me there and they do not want me to talk about light or energy. I'm just going to work and do my job." We tell you that you will see people around you raising vibration soon, and if they do not then your time there is limited. You are no longer able to tolerate some of the things you used to tolerate. When you are a low vibration, there is a wide variance of vibration you can go through. It is huge. As you raise your vibration, it narrows and tightens. This is where many of your belief systems come in.

So you are asking, "What is the greatest thing I can do? What is the one thing I can do that will set this all in motion?" We would love to tell you some fancy thing about a ceremony you can go through and how it can work, but it is simply that your intent that says it all. We can give you ceremonies. We can give you meditations. We can give you ways of going inside as they are only tools that reflect your magic, not ours. The tools do not hold the magic. You do. That is the answer to the human condition.

Time of Truth

Please understand that there is a time coming on this planet when each and every one of you will want to stand up and be counted for your truth. Many of you are wondering right now what it is. You do not know, but your heart does. You know who you are and where you are going although you may not know it on a conscious basis. Your connection to your higher self is growing stronger every day partly because of the connection between the new synaptic pathways and partly because of the sexual energy infusion which is entering your body. Your entire physical body is raising vibration. You are coming closer to Home with every breath you take. That will not stop but how you experience this change as a collective of humanity is still unset. It has not been decided because you have not decided how that is going to happen.

Now, it can be difficult. It can be through war with force. It can be through great global disasters and weather changes. It can also be comfortable and smooth. Those choices are yours and there are no right or wrong choices. The evolution of humanity is underway and it will happen. It is just a question of what you have to go through in the meantime. Do you understand how hard it is for us to look at you sometimes and see the pain that you experience because you cannot re-member who you are? Do you know how difficult it is for us to look at you feeling lost and to know the spirit and greatness inside of you and for you not to feel it?

This will become a common condition as you begin to move away from the human condition because the first thing you do when you start to release your belief systems, is to release a bit of your identity that kept you in these belief systems. A very common situation will be for each and every one of you to feel alone and to wonder if you are on this path. There is only one answer to it. There is only one way out of this and that is to reach out and grab somebody's hand. The destination is unimportant. Reach out and honor the others on the path with you and those on any path that breathes light into them. Reach out and touch somebody's heart--to put yourself outside of yourself so you are not out there looking in. So start shining the light from within and you start moving from a field of me to a field of we. That starts changing the human condition to the Human Angel condition. That illusion is going on every day.&n bsp; Each one of you has an opportunity to do more today than you have ever done before and it is difficult, we grant you that.

Removing your Experience from the Timeline

In the beginning there was a long line that formed for souls to enter Earth. Then it became not so popular not to come to Earth followed by "this Earth Game will never make it." Now the line is back, dear ones. You have created an opportunity to carry your power of creation while in the physical body. That has caused quite a stir throughout All That Is. It was never expected. Many are in line to come to Earth to take any physical body they can get their hands on to only be here five minutes, if needed, to try to make an imprint and a difference. They want to be here for the miracle that is unfolding. They want to be a part of that energy in any way they can. It is so difficult when you are inside of yourself like that, trying to find your way out. The only way to do it is to start letting the light out and start releasing yourself of that human condition. That is done with the second most important tool of removing your experience from the timeline.

Let us give you an example because there are many tools that will follow showing you how to remove things from the timeline. This is designed to help you experience full dimensionality of now, the full point of where you are. Start with every problem you have in life, you have to ask yourself, "What is my experience right now?" Develop the habit of asking this question at stressful times in your life and watch what happens. Most of your hopes are in the future and most of your fears are in the past. This is a product of magnetism. Do you know what happens when you carry a negative energy or a doubt or fear about the future? It sets up exactly what you are fearing. Rather than just a thought it becomes a manifestation and you create exactly the opposite of what you think you wanted. Removing it from the timeline becomes the second part that is going to help tremendously.

Spectrum Viewing

The third tool we will offer you this day is Spectrum Viewing. Many of you are starting to see things from multiple angles. As you are aware, it is almost as if you are a camera which is experiencing life. That is what you came to do, to search for god. You are now finding that it is possible to use a very wide angle lens on your camera of life bring in much more of the overall picture that life has to offer. You are not accustomed to that but as you master it you are going to start seeing into multiple dimensions of your own experience. This is the gift of Spectrum Viewing. Spectrum Viewing is simply choosing the largest view from which to see any point in your life. It is a way to start focusing on the large perspective of life.

Number one: you are going to find that most of your problems are not problems. We know that is going to disappoint many of you, but when you start really looking at the largest picture, you are going to find that many of the challenges you thought were insurmountable are not worth tackling because they are simply belief systems that are held over from a lower vibrational existence. They are simply old energy patterns that you are trying to take into new parts. It does not work. It means releasing. It means letting new things into your field. You are going to find there are more capabilities within your physical being. Your physical bubbles of biology will be going through several changes as you move through this. The one all of you are accustomed to is weight. You humans are so preoccupied with your weight. Because of your preoccupation, you draw more to it. We never though of that one. You humans are so inventive sometimes. The mo re that you can help yourself experience this as a spirit pretending to be a human the more light you will carry.

We will leave you with 3 simple reminders. Treat each other with the greatest respect for you are part of each other. Nurture one another and make the path more comfortable at every opportunity you can because that makes your own path more comfortable. Re-member that it is a beautiful game and play well together.

Today is our first fire, we got some logs on the way home yesterday and just in time as rain is forecast and it is well needed - Stinky is of course well pleased and first in to sit in front of it gazing hypnotically into the flames, nice smell from olive wood and dried rosemary and thyme, great for starting the fire along with other dried herby twigs of various kinds

Bit sad

My beloved Stinkers is ailing, he seems to have lost all sense of balance, he's eating etc OK and is showing no signs of pain nor discomfort, but I am not sure whether it will improve, he wants lots of cuddles, which, of course he is getting, he likes to lay his head on my heart and knead me purring like an engine. I remember when Jamie brought him home from the old peoples home that he worked at weekends, a couple of weeks earlier Lau had brought home a semi feral kitten asking to keep it, so I couldn't refuse J, then we were a four cat family along with the 4 dogs, Stinkers got his name coz every time we picked him he farted, bt he was also known as mental as 2 others were known as physical and emotional, all for very esoteric and personal reasons, long story LOL. Stinks adopted our little collie as a foster mum and used to knead at her, Meg bless her would just roll over and allow despite being riddled with little pin pricks along her tum, Stinks became champion hunter within the cat family and would bring home a couple of rabbits a day, which they all shared. Then there was our year horrible year what with a cancer diagnosis, being told we had to leave our cottage that had been our home for nigh on 10 years also Rougie, Meg and Shakeenah all had to be put down and Stinkers being maliciously run over, badly breaking his front leg in several places, our new vet in Thornhill was a sweetheart and was determined that it would be fixed and it was although it was an uncomfortable and confined few months him, no one would ever know which leg it was, I only remember coz my mole was also on the leg, opposite to Stinkers


So have been awake since early hours cuddling Stinkers and cleaning up face book and going through photos I had uploaded a long time ago when I still had a scanner, I was looking for some of Stinks and Meg but can't locate them, d also been going through discs one keeps freezing up and I seem to have lost another grrrrrrr; but did find some fun ones of Lau which I shall put up on FB to give a giggle for her buddies
gonna give the gym a miss n stay at home today rather be here with me ole man, being a dark moon doesn't help, lacking my usual energy levels, but go with the flow, must go now and send buffday card to Roma

Ripples of Gratitude: What Do You Love?

What do you love? Why not ask yourself, "What do I love?" Most people know what they hate. In most circles it is more common to hear, "Oh, I hate that!" than "I really love that!" Criticism is more popular than praise.

However, this habit can be broken. The ego can be put in its place. The recycle bin. Yes! Love recycles hate. Love transforms anyone and anything that doesn't follow it, because love doesn't play games (except the Game of Love). Love transforms us gently but powerfully.

An excellent exercise is to grab a sheet of paper and write the heading, "I love it when..." and then list those things that really turn you on. But beware of the ego, because it often claims that it already knows what it loves. The ego, however, cannot know love. The Inner Self knows love. A good time to do this exercise is when you feel tired of criticism and negative self-talk, and you seek an escape. Well, you can escape to love!

Many people just take a nap when they feel emotionally drained, but this is not always the best thing to do. Sometimes it is good to simply catch oneself in the act and then turn the other cheek. "Okay, I admit to myself that I am not in such a great mood. I want to feel better. What can I focus on now that would make me feel better?" The Inner Self always provides an answer, even during sleep. But before you go to sleep it would be wise to always take a few minutes to calm the mind and clarify your intentions.

Knowing what you love is knowing that you ARE love. It is knowing Oneness. This understanding of love is far beyond the scope of what the human ego can comprehend. This understanding of love is already yours, awaiting within you to be claimed. And when you claim it the joyous ripples of gratitude will flow freely through you and touch everyone and everything that exists, simply because love is all-giving.

Love - share it!!

Note here that this is not a message to pull you into yet another spiritual box! For there is no organization around this Kryon work, or the New Age in general. There is no place to join anything, no structure to visit, no historical Human prophet to worship, and no central book of rules. This is a new paradigm of spirituality, where millions will begin to examine the truth that resides inside themselves - all the rules, all the doctrine, all the love that brought them to this place. They will check it against what they feel and what they see around them. Many will wonder how such a large, worldwide group of Humans can be so collective in their thoughts, without structure or leadership or membership in anything. It is the new way of things, where what you will discover internally is what is true and real, instead of what you are told from those who are echoing the mythology of history... most of which doesn't even agree with itself.

We dissect love like a cosmic biologist and yet, a child never pondered love, should you? The illusion of love pulls at the core of the human - why is there this alarm? Is there more beyond the illusions of love? Yes. Sometimes illusion is judging what constitutes the ultimate love - but then why is there even an ultimate or a special last one when it comes to love? Proclaiming love is like stroking the ego with a great fire.

Whether one is under the illusion of love or busy with announcing love, love is still unfulfilled. In truth, love just is...one who is loved would feel it without a song, a gift, a word, a sound...love is understood. Proclaiming love is like someone bragging about sex...they are really bragging that they have not experienced heart union with another. The dressings of love are the debris blocking the heart from sharing. Love is far more easy and gentle than an announcement or truth.

Perhaps senses are the veil that clouds our truth around love? The ultimate truth about what blocks love...is nothing, nothing at all. Nothing ever blocked or reduced or restricted love...except us. Fear merely slows the path.

The lie to life is when we think we love only one person, while the core of any human begs to love all. Why do we think that love is expressed in extremes, the ultimate, the one and only? Yet, is not the person more full who loves every ounce of every being and every thing that exists, every moment of life that crosses our path? Ultimately, it is the desire towards Oneness that pushes us along the path of love. It is therefore not a person we love, but we ache for the whole of life, to experience the fullness of the cosmic Self. We ache to come home to the wholeness of Love and so we venture along love's journey. Even in our most loved moments with another individual, we sense there is more...the "more" is within us.

Small love is the mere taste that leads us to the whole of love. Illusion or not, the truth is that everything is already love and we only experience tastes, or fragments of this love until one day we understand its flow and its ever presence. Love fully experienced is divine...humans are divine...they merely forgot and so they swim in small cravings and announcements and illusions of love. Allow Oneness and the struggle home will be easier, even if it exists only as a possibility.

The shame is when we restrict or control love or are dedicated to one person...or one facet of life. Can you imagine a flower deciding to let only one person smell its wondrous scent and view creation's gift of colour? WE are all that limit our experience of love. Make a choice to offer love in all directions of life and watch what happens. The world becomes full of joy and light when we love freely - then magic sounds.

Our ego fills our senses with a belief when we "think" we love...once we have truly opened the door of love all rules and beliefs dissolve. Only by being as one with love do you become part of the eternal flow of love. Love often, love many, love always, and love all ways.

Don't mind the illusion or fragments of love;don't intellectualize love for that is merely a mental masturbation resulting in an even greater illusion. If you are ever sad about love then you did not love....it was a project for the self and now the self is sad as it no longer has its drug of distraction. If we have loved, then we never stop and we always draw to more and more love, regardless of who is in our life. Instead, love bravely, love honestly, love all. Keep it clean and simple. Just harvest love, the rest will drop away without discussion.

Loving the self creates the best garden for love. If you are not loving and tending your life then you are not standing in a truth to love. Love your body (eat well, do not smoke, etc); do not lie to yourself for you are your best friend; be easy with yourself; judge yourself less; give often and receive even more. Receiving is more important than giving love ...giving is easy...receiving means understanding one more step of love. Receiving demonstrates you are giving great notice to the universe that you are worthy to accept love - anything else is a game and is boring to life. If someone says it is all about giving and nothing for them, then beware, the person is merely hiding behind their own ego and self-righteous stroke. Accept and receive love and become a great proponent of the flow of love. If you are not part of the flow then you are part of the block. There is a great secret to be found in loving the self...a garden of love will bloom.

Consider love without sentiment. Be active with love. Add love when you are in a group or find it missing from the lips or actions of others. Help your fellow humans to remember loving. Dwell less on the clothing of love, just love like a child, simple without the dressings...softly, gently making way for another being to love you also.

Love is the greatest mantra of humanity; let love be the silent mantra that eternally floats on your every breath.

This is the great unfolding of this time - our family of humanity comes home again. It is such a joy to see the dance of hearts now glowing on Gaia. Eternal friendship, is so easy, effortless and complete, sublime and a wondrous blessing! Dear friends - wishing you unbounded unity consciousness and the nectar of love with all and earth.

Last day of August

Every morning I step out of my front door to the sweet smell of jasmine and the petals like confetti lie all around - mmmmmmm - how can I feel anything other than Blessed and fortunate
On Wednesday as I finished work a little earlier I walked down the mountain picking ripe figs off the trees chewing on fresh fennel leaves, watched an eagle enjoying the thermals soaring and swooping - yes it is a good life.

Letting Life unfold

AHHH just 2 more mornings and then some time off as I don´t think we have anymore guests till the end of September when there is a yoga group coming for a week. I discovered that some of this group of guests are part of the Weinstein company - interesting.

Met David yesterday as walking home and he was telling us some tales of Frank and telling us not to be taken as mugs by him hahahaha - but I guess it is good to hear someone else telling us to be wary of him as he will try it on for sure as I am only to aware, hopefully I am big enough and ugly enough these days to not take shit - but the tooth fairy still needs a lot of funds LOL so I walk a narrow line for now

Now I am beginning to get really pissed off as I am having no luck in getting hold of a PSU, nearly 2 months now without my pc, boo di hoo, Leon tried ordering one from the states for me but they wouldn´t post to Spain. Eli has sent me a couple of cracking dvds and I can´t watch them as D´s pc doesn´t have a dvd player :(
