Letting go.......

So much of what I have been sharing has been about the changing energies and how we must follow our inner "guidance" and be prepared to view life in a different way. Letting go of attachments be they people or things Casarabonela has certainly seen it's fair share of folks detaching themselves from the partner they arrived with and always at the instigation of the women........mmmmmm......the latest couple to part ways was certainly a shock as they always appeared to be such a "tight" family, from my observation point I confess to feeling a little sad at how these women went about changing their lives, not in the most open and honest way it has to be said and what effect this dishonesty effect the children involved. Well none of us can ever truly know what goes on within a relationship so I am making no judgments, merely observations........I am also proud of the fact that I was the last to know - well apart from the poor dude who came back from the UK and found another in his place, seems the Oasis is buzzing with it all - nothing like a juicy piece of gossip to take their minds off their own unhappinesses, another reason to avoid such places and just keep on directing the light their way........they are all being effected by what is happening to our world and they all have their own demons to wrestle with, they for the most part are just plain unaware of it, certainly plenty of scope for counsiling, but I honestly don't think they are ready YET...........

As we continue advancing into higher vibrating energies, it is vitally important not to listen to the negative inner voice that comes up with reasons why you can’t do what you want to do. Banish that voice! It is a lie, and it is also an empty, old habit. It is time to let it go.

We are growing into Oneness. This means that we are collaborating consciously on our reality. It is no longer about competition – you fellow lightworkers are not in competition with one another, doing your work of teaching, sharing information and healing. It is now about cooperation. It is about knowing that you are working together – walking similar paths that are in alignment and advancing towards the Center. So walk the path of light, love and truth… share your wisdom, learn from each other, support each other when the going gets tough.

And… listen to the children, for they carry much wisdom, truth and inner knowing… [soul transitions]

Think of this: Energy doesn’t need words, eyes, or ears to be real or effective. You don’t have to see these doubts, sorrows, poverty, or fears for them to be real. You don’t have to hear or speak them for them to come in and nest inside of you. But you do, however, tend to speak, see, and hear them once they are a part of you. You can be sitting all alone on the side of a mountain and without even consciously knowing it, allow the energy of these lower human beliefs to enter and take root. They cruise around looking for validation and will gladly be validated within you should you allow it. They’re just energy.It’s easy…oh so easy to get caught up in what’s happening with our emotions and the emotions of others, but we must remember that whether these emotions and feelings are inside or outside of us, they are not real, not ours, and are but a shadow of what we used to be.

We don’t have to validate or make them real any longer if we don’t want to. But they will come up, act like they’re ours, and then if not loved, felt, honored, and balanced, will become ours again because that’s what they do.[new shoes]

mmmmm felt really quite low past 2 days, mentally emotionally and physically, a definite improvement this morning, so I put it down, partly, to the valium, nasty stuff and also the realisation of how I am affected when Del is unwell, so I just curled up with an eye-candy book and read the whole day. The forecast had said sun, but after a brief shining in the morning it soon became overcast and eventually rained, today as I write the sun is shining higher and brighter and after everything I have read this morning I have plenty to contemplate and so much nicer to sit in the sun and ponder
I have another dental appointment now for next Wed, so what with helping Isabel up at La Era on Monday I will be kept occupied :)
Sadly Roma didn't make it over as she has hurt her ankle playing tennis and this is no village for those who find walking difficult.

The great sages have always pointed to the importance of this inner knowing, advising against believing their words as the truth unquestioningly. The Buddha gave this advice 2500 years ago already:

Do not believe what you have heard.

Do not believe in anything that has been spoken of many times.

Do not believe because the written statements come from some old sage.

Do not believe in conjecture.

Do not believe in authority or teachers or elders.

But after careful observation and analysis, when it agrees with reason and it will benefit one and all, then accept it and live by it.

Pluto has a tendency to confront us with our own shadow and that isn’t always pleasant. We often prefer to point the finger of blame at others; always the darkness is out there, not in us. And so, the British and American people have found themselves at the mercy of a small but powerful (Pluto) group pf people with opposing religious views and values who have allowed their anger to manifest in a most destructive fashion. Perhaps the mighty West needs to release its powerful hold on the weaker countries, to reduce its influence and allow wealth and power to be more evenly disrupted. And if there is anyone out there who still holds a virtuous view of politicians they may be in for a rude awakening as Capricorn governs politics and Pluto’s next move is to reveal the corruption that is at the heart of our political structures.

ELI - how are you chica I know I know I haven't written for ages, but you n José are always in my thoughts :) It is this Tuesday that I am at the dental clinico :) but all my mind work is paying dividends!! Sarah is thinking of going to Gomera there is a co-operative there that she fancies maybe working there for a few weeks and then a wee holiday with the boys, swimming with the dolphins etc, what do you know of this place?? If you want to contact Sa direct you will find her on Facebook, she is on my friends of course :) and I am so chuffed as it looks like Sa ill be able to come out for D's 60th the production that Bobsy is in has been changed again,, soooo good news for us - Eli will you and José be able to make it - I know how difficult and expensive it is to get to Malaga from the Canaries, crazy really as supposed to be the same country, but lets us visualise {and believe} this and let the universe provide - an interesting little experiment for you LOL..........
Having read the Shadow side of being Indigo - link on the right in my starred items - it obviously st5ayed within my consciousness through the night and I awoke realising just how much it explained about my childhood, the suicide attempts because I couldn't handle this world finding it cruel, hypocritical and so very untruthful, my mother always told me I had to learn everything the hard way, in other words I didn't believe anything until I had the experience - I found most of the so called civillised societies norms very much at odds with myself and yet I blocked it all for many years and tried to conform and especially66 try to please my mother, which always went wrong and seemed to be misinterpreted and I realise now that I only really truly began to walk m path and listen to myself when I finally broke away from my mother and her set of "ideals", as painful as it was, and there still is a sadness in regard to my Mum, somewhere deep inside there is this sense that we should be more connected, but again I think that is more of a societal thoughtform , and I see many striving toward the perfect family, this glowing technicoloured advert image which we are bombarded with on a daily basis, our "duty/loyalty" should be to the collective rather than the personal......
For the first time since we moved here the Rondales {fire festival} night stayed dry and bright, so we went out and watched the procession and saw a few friends, being very aware that it was a portal time :) therefore we were more the observers than the participants observing the revelry of our compatriots......
well better go and see Barbara as she had to return home due to Jo n Dave's new dog being a bitch and won't allow Barbara in the house, apparent;y they are OK outside, well they have room, but once inside for the night new bitch just kept cornering poor Barbs, who is a complete softie.......then off to gym, market and vets Squidge needs to get her stitches out
Did anyone see the meteors, they were supposed to be visible about dawn yesterday and today, was cloudy here :(

The Bridge ~ Step 10 ~ Gratitude

Go forth with Gratitude and all is added unto you

Gratitude is what makes the Intention Process work. It's the acknowledgment that the intentions we've made in the past have come true. When we express our gratitude, we're saying thank you to the Universe for bringing us the things that we've asked for. Were saying that we recognize that a connection exists between ourselves and the Universe, that we appreciate this connection, and know that we can call on it at any time.

There is always a lot of gratitude expressed in our Intenders Circles. In fact, that's what our Intenders Circles are for - to make our intentions and to express our gratitude for their manifestation. When an Intender speaks of gratitude, it shows everyone in the circle that the laws of manifestation work. It gives those who still carry doubts and skepticism a newfound confidence. It heightens their level of trust when they see their fellow Intenders "winning."

And that's how it all starts. We make an intention, and soon, when it has manifested, we feel like we've gotten a win - and we say so by stating our gratitude. The Intention Process has come full circle. It started out with an intention and it ended with a statement of gratitude.

Once we've seen ourselves and our friends get a win or two, it gets much easier for all of us. We put even more trust in the Intention Process and then we get more and more wins. Pretty soon, we're winning all of the time! Eventually, we'll look around us and see that the world we're living in is the one we've intended for ourselves. We will have created everything in our world consciously. When enough of us have done this, others will learn from our example, and we will all begin to walk this Earth free and full of gratitude.

Last Spring, during the potluck at an Intenders meeting, a very successful woman was telling us about how she manifests things. She was using money as an example. She said that she was grateful for it, both before and after it arrives. That got me started thinking. Up until then, money was always a challenge for me. Every time a bill would come in the mail, I would get upset. Right away, I would start to complain and I'd walk around muttering and wondering how I was ever going to pay it. But since that meeting, I've started doing something different. Now, I thank the Universe when I get a bill in the mail. I think of all the wonderful things that the bills are providing for me and I'm really grateful for them.

Needless to say, everything is much better financially for me now. Since I've started being grateful, I've received more money than I ever had before. It just keeps flowing in, like water from the kitchen faucet. Sometimes I'm even pleasantly surprised by where it comes from!

A quiet weekend, energies a little low physically, which is cool coz then I spend more time in {conscious}thought; said tata to Leigh Keith and Marta yesterday as they flew out today and are back xmas eve.......Jules and Pete came round Sunday and and we ate drank{but not too much}and laughed together :)
I have finished the Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, as it says it all about omens/coincidences, these are the signals to follow in life and I realise that after years of calling myself a cosmic alchemist I am that ...."That's what alchemists do. They show that when we strive to become better than we are are, everything around us becomes better too". Now I want to read all of his books looks like a trip to Amazon :) also due to a comment left on my blog - thank you aart hilal - I have found and bookmarked the blog of Paulo.......

I was invited to group called how to stay positive in a negative world.......mmmmmmmmmm........answer stop seeing the world as negative LOL , OK maybe some of the people are a bit dour, but ahhhh this beautiful planet it could never be described as negative, it is the beauty of this planet/universe and it's inhabitants that will bring smiles to our faces and peace to our hearts......

The Bridge ~ Step 8 ~ Staying Uplifted

Oftentimes things may be happening all around you that seem to be discordant, and you cannot imagine what is going on. But you must remain focused and steadfast and be able to see through and not get caught up in the mundane dramas that are constantly being perpetuated on this planet.

I have good friends who live way out in the desert in order to get away from everything. Like a lot of people nowadays, the husband is obsessed with disasters and potential catastrophes. In fact, he even has a cave on his land stocked with enough survival goodies to feed and water a small town. I lived with my friends for a few months the winter before last, and everyday, as we worked together, the husband would talk about last night's Art Bell radio show, and he even taped the most frightening shows so that I could listen to them later in the day.

Now . . . I was having some health challenges when I arrived at their place, and over a period of the next couple of months I felt my energy level going down and down. My physical discomfort was getting worse by the day.

Finally, one morning I asked my inner guidance what was going on, and the answer I receive was very helpful. I was told that the next time the husband approached me with the latest disaster rumors to tell him, "My friend, I know that you mean well for me, but I have to ask you to hold off on these scary stories of yours. You see, it's my job to stay uplifted, no matter what. Your stories are enticing, however they tend to bring my energy level down. I need to stay up if I'm going to do the work that I came here to do." To make a long story short, he began to honor my request right away, and in a very short time my health and energy level shot back up to normal.

And that's the message for all of us who truly care about the well-being of humanity. It's like a resume for us, so that when anyone asks us what our job is we can say "It's my job to stay uplifted, regardless of all the crazy things that are going on around me. In fact, I've come to understand that if everyone buys into the disaster mindset and nobody guards their energy level, then we will all be down wallowing in the swamplands. Some of us have to stay uplifted, and that's what I'm here to do!"

My Intention for today is:
I intend that I am staying uplifted and doing what I came here to do.

Purple Carrot - needs help!!!!!

What a shame, they're in danger of extinction. That was the thought that crossed the minds of most of the 2,ooo visitors who went to the IIIFiesta de la Zanahoria Morá in Cuevas Bajas last weekend. The star of the show, the purple carrot, is rich in vitamins A,B,B3 and E, potassium, magnesium, iodine, phosphoros and calcium, it has more flavour than the traditional carrot and, what's more, it improves your sex life , according to Greek and Roman legend. The problem is that this vegetable that was brought to the area by the Moors, can now only be found in the Cuevas Baja area.
Proof of it's scarcity is that of the 14 stands at the fair only 3 were catual;ly selling the famous purple carrots. "We only know of them being grown here and in Cuevas de San Marcos. That's why we want to find a niche for them in the organic market in order to make the area's market gardens more proifitable", explained the local Mayor Manual Jesus Ginés.
Both the growers and their customers were full of praise for the vegetable, being more flavoursome and eaten raw........
I took this from the Sur this week {written by Antonio Fuentes} and keep my fingers crossed that someone out there will pick up on it and revive the Purple Carrot.............

The Bridge ~ Step 5 ~ Doubts

How much greater we are than we think we are

There are three main things that can interfere with the manifestation of our intentions. The first is the "yet" factor, which calls on us to remember that just because something hasn't manifested yet doesn't mean that it's not going to manifest. The second is the Highest Good factor which asks us to understand that the Universe knows better for us than we know for ourselves. Sometimes it's just not in our Highest Good - or the Highest Good of others involved - for our intention to manifest. And the third thing that can sabotage us is doubt.

There is a old story about the Knower and the Novice that best explains how to deal with our doubts. When the Novice makes an intention and then, soon after, is faced with doubt or resistance, he tends to buy into the doubts. These doubts can be thoughts coming from inside him that tell him that he can't have, or doesn't deserve, or can't afford whatever it is that he's intended to manifest. Similarly, these doubts can also come from his outside environment in the form of well meaning friends or business advisors who say that he couldn't possibly manifest his desires. As the Novice buys into the doubts, regardless of their source, he sabotages his experience, loses trust in the Laws of Manifestation, and stops his forward movement.

The Knower is a different story. When the Knower is confronted with doubts or resistances, instead of believing in them, he ignores them and continues moving forward. He understands that the Intention Process always works - that we are all grand Creators, capable of great things - and all we have to do is trust that when we hold onto a thought that it will manifest for us. We may not know when or where. We just know that it will.

My Intention for today is:
I intend that I am ignoring any doubts and that I am continuing to move forward toward the manifestation of my intentions.

Embracing Womanhood

There are many ways and myriad reasons for women to honor and embrace all that they are. And when any individual woman chooses to do so, all women collectively move closer to becoming what they are truly capable of being. By honoring her experience and being willing to share it with others—both male and female—she teaches as she learns. When she can trust herself and her inner voice, she teaches those around her to trust her as well. Insight is a phenomenal gift. It gives you the ability to function in this world of illusion. All of you are having a collective “dream” of sorts. This is why you are accepting what you see as reality. You buy into this simply by being present. It was your wish to believe that you are separate in order to “play out” your preselected dramas. You have the ability to transcend all of this if you so choose.

Why not accept the fact that you are Godlike. You are creating this planet and all that transpires here by being here and buying into this illusion. It can be different. You can have a different experience here if you will wake up to the fact that you are the ones who are creating your world of illusion.

This gives you all great power. It is then for you to decide what you will have here and what will transpire over time. When you realize that it is up to you, that will begin a change reaction that will multiply it’s effects over time.

It is a choice. A conscious effort that will begin this process. Simply ready yourself by being present in every moment of everyday. Begin by honouring yourself through LOVE and ACCEPTANCE of Self.

This is the way of transformation and this can change everything as you see it. Once you have accepted the fact that you are the ones who are creating this reality that you are living, you can also choose another path. Another way of BEING on this planet Earth.

The choice is yours.

Cloudy Casarabonela......

A wee bitty overcast this morning, never mind probably clear later, it's good for us as after the gym we will pop out to Roma's and give a sweep up ready for her arrival tomorrow, back here no later than 3 as I said I would meet Melissa. Gonna be a busy weekend anyway out to Roma's for a meal Sat and on Sunday {which reminds me we will have to go to the market at Cartama this week as the Casarabonela market won't be happening} out to Julio and Amanda's with Keith and Marta and possibly Carolyn, no Leigh coz she is working oh yes we are Marta sitting for a few hours tomorrow afternoon, being a National holiday means Leigh gets extra work at Bar Parada, everywhere closed but the Bars and all of Spain gets dressed up and partys including the guardia who usually have quite a shindig at the station serving the public food and drink, much singing and dancing
Hey up Jo have your family returned to UK - have you recovered??
Also must get caught up with uploading new crochet and as I have now joined facebook, it's great, vast improvement on myspace I have to say, there is a marketplace on FB so will see if that brings any new interest

The Truths Within
Value Your Own Wisdom

Throughout our lives, we will encounter individuals who presume to know what is best for us. The insights they offer cannot compare, however, with the powers of awareness and discernment that already exist within us. From birth we are blessed with wisdom that cannot be learned or unlearned. It exists whether or not we acknowledge it because it is a gift given to us by a loving universe before we chose to experience existence on the earthly plane. Yet for all its permanence, it is vital that we value and honor this incredible element of the self. It is when we do not use our inborn wisdom that we begin to doubt our personal truths and are driven to outside sources of information because we are afraid. What we know to be true in our hearts is invariably true, and we discover how intensely beautiful and useful self-trust can be when we recognize the power of our wisdom.

Inner wisdom is not subject to the influences of the outside world, which means that it will never demand that we surrender our free will or counsel us to act in opposition to our values. We benefit from this inspiration when we open ourselves to it, letting go of the false notion that we are less qualified than others to determine our fate. The wisdom inside of us is the source of our discernment and our ability to identify blessings in disguise. When we are unsure of who to trust, how to respond, or what we require, the answers lie in our inner wisdom. It knows where we are going and understands where we are coming from, taking this into account though it is not a product of experience but rather a piece of our connection to the universal mind.

In the whole of your existence, no force you will ever encounter will contribute as much to your ability to do what you need to do and be who you want to be as your natural wisdom. Through it, you reveal your growing consciousness to the greater source and discover the true extent of your strength. If you heed this wisdom with conviction and confidence, the patterns, people, and fears that held you back will be dismantled, paving the way for you to fulfill your truest potential.
