Autumnal chill in the air

Another month gone by with such rapidity and already autumn  can be felt and smelt in the air, leaves are beginning to turn, yep the seasons are a'changing - Nic returned exhausted, physically, emotionall and mentally, so a week of R & R and talking it all through - although the trip was sad there were many magical moments with his siblings and offspring - reconnections - forgiveness - moving on - with some poco poco.........

We have been haing much fun decorating the flat keeping ourselves occupied - so not much crochet, although I did create a short dress in the cotton L brought back from CasaB for me, I have decided to make up a cotton collection ready for the Christmas markets, along with some hats with scarf (all one item) in "manly" colours as I have had a few requests from guys for this item - the great thing abut painting it leaves the mind free -  also we finally installed a kosher system on the laptop and of course that presented a few problems so perseverence and persistence finally won the day :) and it is working well and all in english ahhhhhhh now I can do so much more.......

J and family are on the move at the end of Sept. and I shall start "Granny"  duties - it seems to have taken nearly a year to finally get settled and sorted after moving back - no regrets but did feel a little nostalgc when looking at the photos P took at the feria in CasaB - seeing familiar faces, remembering the smells sounds and warmth of a Feria night in CasaB........

Off to Edinburgh tomorrow to say our goodbyes to L n S - they fly off on the 5th of Sept - I guess it will be about 2 years till I see them again mmmmmm So some fun then before they go - the Festival is still happening so a wee traipse through the streets.........

All quiet on the Collective Collaborators as well as summer - holidays and family has taken precedence for most of the CC'ers, no doubt with school resuming "normal" routines will recommence and energy will once again be directed into our other ventures

Well J has just arrived to get her instructions for Squidgy sitting while we are up in ED, well she wants to know how to work the TV hahahaha as she doesn´t have one so she is looking forward to lounging on the sofa being a couch potato.........
